 The customer representative told me that  I have loss on the money. The bank not responsible for the cash money. The issue I was concerned the most: behavior of the branch manager was not resolved. I was told that the information is confidential and I will not be notified on any action of the headquarter of Citizen bank.

[If you I have contacted the bank to try to resolve this issue and did not get no satisfying resolution that is why I filed the better business complaint  because what they're advertising is incorrect and false advertisement I called when I first made the deposit to make sure and re rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns.Once again, Citizens Bank is trying to subvert the Revdex.com system by "responding" and claiming they are investigating.  Citizens called me to inquire on why their check could not be cashed electronically and did not address the fraud they perpetrated by opening both a savings account and an overdraft account without our consent.  It is the overdraft account that caused this whole problem.  I asked them why they were not calling to address the fraud and they said they "investigated" and they did nothing wrong.  That was a week ago, so I know they are lying know by saying they are investigating.  They have never at any point in this process had any intention of helping us, they have made this point abundantly clear with their disrespect.  Additionally, we closed our mortgage weeks ago, we have already received the title and we still have not received our escrow funds, despite the fact that I got a letter from the bank that our taxes were due.  Fraud seems to perpetrate every level at Citizens.  We want the $600 stolen from account by Citizens and nothing else is an appropriate response.Regards,

While Citizen's Bank has informed the Revdex.com of its intent to review my complaint, I have received only vague information after multiple attempts to contact the bank headquarters. Therefore, I am rejecting the response from Citizen's Bank. The issue at hand has not been resolved, nor have I received any correspondance from the bank suggesting any action to ameliorate the issue has been made.
