 I have not receive justification as to why I should be charged a fee for a transaction that should have been covered, which is based on Citizen's policy on transfers between accounts within the banking system of Citizen's Financial Group that the transaction should be acknowledged immediately. I have provided information that should have been reviewed by now at this point that proves my case. It should not take this long to review the information I provided when this claim was filed. I spoke with [redacted] on November 28th 2016 and have not heard from anything since then regarding my claim.

Someone is not paying attention: What is the point of sending me a letter if I am not in the country? Because the bank needs to send something to my address of record?2) Sometimes the request to transfer funds from Citizens Bank to [redacted] works and I am not challenged and sometimes it does not and I am challenged. My location in Guatemala has not changed and I am using the same ISP. There is no consistency. 3) Citzens Bank website,[redacted]says [redacted] and the [redacted] related marks are wholly owned by [redacted], LLC and are used herein under license. Must have a bank account in the U.S. to use [redacted]. Transactions between enrolled [redacted] users typically occur in minutes. If your recipient is not yet enrolled with [redacted], it may take between 1 and 3 business days after they enroll.and I meet this requirement. Both banks are in the U.S.4) I have provided Citizens with my email address, [redacted]5) When I am talking to Citizens representatives on line the person has identified me and when asked for more information I have provided it. When there is a problem sending money why has my entire account been put on hold, including all recurring payments. These recurring payments are going to banks or credit unions in the U.S. I have been told it is for “account security”. Then why are they still talking me if there is an alleged issue of fraud? Why does not the same thing apply to the bill payer? Why is that not also put on hold?How did an issue with one payment become an issue with all recurring payments?6) When I talk with customer service they say that this is the way the software works and point at [redacted]. When I talk with [redacted] they point at Citizens Bank.7) Why can’t I be identified by using my email address?8) Have read the terms and conditions and it says that I must provide you with an email address and/or a permanent mobile phone that I intend to use. I have done that and you have verified that I have. Registering for the Service. When you register with [redacted], you may establish a profile. You must provide us with an email address that you regularly use and intend to use regularly and/or a permanent mobile phone number that you intend to use for an extended period of time  This message originally read on 3/16/2018 [redacted]

Also I have not received a rebate for the $35.00 for the amount that I was unfairly charged so therefore this complaint is not resolved.
