My family firmly believes 90 days is more thanenough time for a business to respond.  In this reported issue, Citizens refuses to fix, offer solutions, address, or even speak to us regarding the damages created to our loan.  As you can imagine fixing financial product issues must be addressed quickly.  It's not a toy that needs replaced or a long construction project.  It's our money!!!  This document should prove that Citizens will not fix errors in a timely manner, will go to great lengths to avoid fixing issues, has poor policy, and is not consumer friendly. Other consumers should avoid this company.  We went above and beyond to help fix the issue even when it wasn't our fault and Citizens stole from us again.    You say you would love to respond but won't.   Revdex.com should hold them accountable.   Regards [redacted]

The response from the bank is factually incorrect and completely unacceptable. First, the bank blames other institutions for all delays, as they did throughout the entire process.  However, they fail to acknowledge doing nothing with our information for 41 days.  In addition, throughout the entire process, they continually dismissed the instructions and guidance we provided to expedite the process, and made mistake after mistake which we had to correct and which caused further delays. Second, concerning the most egregious act, the bank claims that they informed us of an increase in rate “verbally”.  This is categorically untrue and a complete and utter fabrication.  No important information was ever conveyed verbally to us without also having confirmation via e-mail or other written correspondence.  We kept careful notes on all verbal correspondence and we kept all e-mail messages and other written correspondence.  We were never informed of any increase in rate through any means. The fact remains that an increase was made in the agreed upon rate without any re-disclosure or amendment to the construction/permanent mortgage loan commitment letter.  The bank appears to concede that no written re-disclosure or amendment was made, which would have been proper banking procedure.  In addition, no verbal re-disclosure or amendment was ever made.  Once again, the first time we saw any indication of an increased rate was when we sat down with our attorney on the closing date to execute documents.

I believe they don't want to give their response on the record because it makes no sense. I have documentation on paypal I made charges the 6th, and the 8th withdrew $20, and got gas in my car, I have the receipt from the bank atm with the time, balance, etc.. Then on the 8th after that, and purposely in that order, I ordered oil, which I also have the receipt. On the 9th, all of these charges, including the 2 from the 6th, showed up after I ordered the oil so they could give me FOUR overdrafts, instead of the one for the oil, which would have been a valid and fair overdraft. Their reviews online tell these same kinds of stories of deceitful practices over and over. We are not all lying.
