I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
 I have not heard from the business in regards to this matter.  In addition, I did receive a refund check for the monies owed to me in the amount of $315.00.  I deposited the check into my bank account.  Within 10 days Citizens Bank had placed a Stop Payment on the Check.  I was assessed fees from my bank for the dishonored check.  I have contacted Citizens three times in regards to this matter and the response I get each and every time is they are researching the situation and do not have an answer for me.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response is adequate enough to allow them extra time in reference to complaint # [redacted]. I am not "rejecting" their response, but I do not desire for this complaint to be closed yet. Please advise them to educate their employees such as the lady I spoke to earlier today.
They did contact me but then said they would get back to me. the next response was via Revdex.com and them asking for an extension of time to investigate the issue. I am willing to do that thus the "rejection" but not.feel free to call me for further explanation.thank youRegards,[redacted]

Citizen's Bank made absolutely no attempt to resolve this complaint.  They have offered us nothing and done nothing to resolve their theft.  They have been rude, patronizing and unhelpful.  We would like the $600 back that they stole from us.  If they would like to offer a resolution, we are happy to listen.  To date, none has been forthcoming.  This complaint is unresolved. Regards,

I do agree with Citizens response to reasearch our issue and send us clear documentation that describes the activity on our account. It has been ten days today and all we have received is the attached document that references general data about their overdraft protection plan. I already have this. I am still awaiting the clear documentation about the activity on our account and a confirmation of whether they will or will not refund the overdraft fees. Please help. .]
