I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
 I have all documents from when I opened this account including a pink slip receipt from this bank for $41 paid from a previous account that I had for over 10 years. The only response I will accept is one of them refunding all $401.29 into my account and any and all fees that have been incurred since because had they not robbed me of my pay, all things coming from my account would have received no additional charge. They chose a holiday and rent week to steal money from myself and my toodler at Thanksgiving and the only thing I want to hear is that my monies and fees have been completely refunded. In addition, ANY response from Citizens needs to be communicated through the Revdex.com so that if they do not adhere to the terms, I will have the documentation to pursue further legal action if the matter is not solved accordingly. They said I will here back from Citizen's Bank within 15 days, I am hoping that when they respond back they will understand what was done to me and reimburse me back the money I lost due to negligence of the bank. I also hope it is just not a letter and a is also a personel phone call to actually speak to someone.

They said they were referring it to the chairman, it's been about 5 days. I've yet to hear anything. This is the first time hearing from the chairman through this email actually. I need to know why my loan was done incorrectly, why was I lied to about a garunteed approval, and how are they going to go about retracting this credit inquiry.

 I was supposed to send notes on the last and this correspondence.  However, I can't get any link to work to type in any answers.  Citizens refused to refund $395 which was fraudulently taken out of my business checking account, even admitting it was fraud.  That complaint was closed with me VERY UNHAPPY.  Since then, I have been only keeping a minimum in Citizens, since I can't guarantee that if I have another fraud issue that they would honor it.  PLEASE forward this message on to them.
