I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
I had a auto loan with this company and when my Van got totaled last year on February 16 2016 and my insurance company's paid the loan that left a balance of 1462.62 and that balance was from the Extended Warranty that the Dealership [redacted] of Chattanooga added to the loan and Citizens told me that I didn't have to pay that amount that the Dealership [redacted] is and was the ones that was supposed to have paid that amount to Citizens, but now I found out by the company that was the Extended Warranty Company [redacted] Phone: [redacted] contract# [redacted] just informed me May 16 2017 that when my insurance company's paid off the loan and the balance that I saw after that was supposed to have been the amount of the Refund that the Dealership was supposed to have paid me the $1462.62 but [redacted] showed the amount of $1498.41 and that the Dealership was supposed to have paid me and not Citizens like the way Citizens had them to pay. So by that Citizens Hurt my Credit Report and Credit Score for that amount not being paid to them when I was the one that was supposed to have been paid and Not Citizens and Citizens did not Have the Right To Report me not paying that amount to them in time and Hurt my good Name for how I do pay all my bills on time when I was the one that was supposed to have been paid the amount of $1462.62 but by [redacted] the balance was $1498.41 and that the Dealership [redacted] was supposed to have paid me for the Refund for the Extended Warranty and Not Citizens.  Pay me back the $1462.62 plus the Late fees that they charged and added to that and made the amount being $1637.02 plus one million dollars for hurting my Good Credit Report and Credit score that was 738 back July 2016 from the 798 that it was in March 4 2016 so that made the points going up 10 points per month and right now if Citizens did their job right and didn't lie saying that [redacted] was supposed to pay them that money and not Refunding that balance to me like the way [redacted] said how it supposed to have been done and didn't report a false report to the credit bureau's my credit score would and should be showing 848 and not 707 having to work back up from the score of 633 that it went to from the 738 after Citizens reported me being 60 to 90 late for the months of June, July and August when my Van was totaled four months before the first month they said I was late when my insurance company's paid what the pay off was supposed to have been in March 2016.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].   They have replied in this manner before and it was unresolved.  The matter cannot be resolved by sending a letter essentially saying -this is how we have always done things... Times have changed and so have the con men and women who have gotten the support of the bank by allowing their employees to offer false advice.  They need to educate their bank employees.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].   In response to the business this did not satisfy my concerns because I feel that the situation should be investigated. The manager told me that it was not there responsibility to this matter. I'm a single mother and I work hard for my $150.00 for it just to go down the drain without being look into. I have documentation from western union surrounding my theory of what happen to my money order. Enclosed you will find an attachment of the letter. Can you please look into this matter for me.

The continuous statements of Citizen's Bank are disheartening as a customer. Placing the blame on me is a shameful move and because letters were sent to my home does not mean they were received nor does it mean that I should not have been notified by phone or through the secure website of the actions that they planned to take. Several documents that were seen were in the name of [redacted] who was not a resident of [redacted] at any point in time and I have a lease documenting that. I was not in communication with Mr. [redacted] beginning in April of 2015 and to this day do not have contact. Any mailings in his name to an incorrect address would have been sent back to the post office due to incorrect addressing on the part of Citizen's Bank. I understand it is your position to not give back the money taken from myself to compensate Citizen's Bank for Mr. [redacted]'s misuse of his bank account and for that I cannot be satisfied. A billion dollar corporation takes what they can with no understanding and no empathy for the position I was put in and continue to be put in.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.I am rejecting this response because I believe it does not adequately, or quickly address my complaints regarding the payoff overage check that is owed to me. After calling my bank, I discovered that Citizens One was, in fact, correct about the "stop payment" placed on one of the payments of the account. I never requested this, but that is why I owed Citizens funds after the payoff check from [redacted] was applied. I've paid that payment, but have still had absolutely no headway on receiving the payoff overage check. Since I cleared this issue up with my bank, I called Citizens One and spoke with a representative to let the bank know that I am NO LONGER seeking the additional payment of 436.03. I am still, however, rejecting this response because I have been working to get the payoff overage check since AUGUST. I do not want any response from Citizens via MAIL, I want a call from some position of authority in Citizens to resolve this issue. I do not wish to wait any longer for the payoff overage check, I want the funds electronically deposited or a check overnighted to me at Citizens One's expense. The man from the office of the Chairman of Citizens One told me that I "did the right thing" by involving the Revdex.com and CFPB in this matter, since I had explored every avenue and option available to me through Citizens One. I'm asking Citizens, please, do the right thing on my end and work with me on getting the payoff overage check to me by one of the methods I have requested above. I'm not willing to wait any longer for this, when I have diligently and patiently tried to work with Citizens to resolve this issue. Telephone is acceptable to resolve this issue, a letter from Citizens One will not be acceptable to me.
