I am rejecting this response because: I have been told multiple times that the distributor would be talked to and yet I am still having this issue, I should not have to call every Sunday and request my paperI guarantee that this will happen again this Sunday as well; a week here or there I understand but this has become rediculousI receive the same answer each time and it is still not resolved so how am I to know it will be resolved this time? Luckily the Bee has an awesome field repthat has personally brought me my paper but he shouldn't have to do that every weekend eitherHis name is [redacted] and he seems like a great employee, he has been the most helpful but this has still remained ongoing

I am rejecting this response because: I received a call from the Bee on Thursday 1/7/assuring me that the deliveries would stop by 1/8/16. However, I received the daily delivery on Friday 1/8/16, Saturday 1/9/and this morning, Sunday 1/10/Please see attached picture of paper in my driveway this morning

I am rejecting this response because:I have been contacting Sac Bee customer service continuallyFor six days in a row I contacted them via their customer service [redacted] to let them know I did not receive my paperOn the seventh day, Sunday, I would get a newspaperThen for six more days I would again send notices that I did not receive my paper, and then on the seventh day, Sunday, I would get a newspaper.Before that I sent email after email after emailHow much more should I have to contact the Sac Bee customer service to get a 7-day subscription started?It's been a long two months since I first contacted Sac Bee (10/21/15) and I am no closer to a resolution or receiving a 7-day subscriptionAs of todays date, 12/15/15, it has NOT happened!

Mr [redacted] came into the Bee lobby on 2/14/at 9:22am to pay a billThe amount paid to the front lobby was $& $for a total of $This paid the account until 4/9/Mr [redacted] called in several complaints regarding missed deliveriesWith the calls he made to the number, his account was credited and extended to 6/11/Since The Bee does not stop accounts automatically, the Bee mailed out renewals (5/22/17, 7/10/& 8/14/17)On the renewal notices it states, 'the paper will continue unless the Bee is notified otherwise.' The Bee did not receive information to stop the account on 6/11/The account remained active on a grace period for daysIt was stopped 9/9/with an amount owing of $As a one time courteousy, the account has been cleared of the balanceIn the future, please note the subscription will not stop unless the Bee is notifiedThe Bee sends the first renewal 3-weeks in advancePlease feel free to contact us at [redacted] if you have any further questions or concerns.Thank you

This customer account was cleared on 10/29/The customer was stopped 10/8/with an amount due of $The account expired on 7/10/The Bee sent out the first renewal notice on 6/22/Then, sent one on 8/10/& 9/14/Since The Bee does not stop subscriptions on the expiration date, the account continued on the day grace periodAll renewal notices state, "The paper will continue automatically, unless The Bee is notified otherwise." If the paper was stopped in the expiration date, Mr[redacted] account would have stopped back on 7/18/The renewal payment during that time was not posted until 7/23/The reason for the grace period is to allow time for the payment to be processed without an interruption in serviceAs a long time subscriber, we appreciate the readership and we have cleared the account from all collection effortsWe do hope Me [redacted] decides to renew in the near future.Please feel free to contact us at [redacted] if you have any further questions or concerns.Thank you
