investigation into this matter since the Sacramento Bee advised me that they claimed they only billed me one time I have proof that this is not the case I was, in fact billed two (2) times within minutes of each billing A second part of the complaint deals with the fact that when I agreed to renewing my subscription, I asked that the Sacramento Bee wait until the 20th of the month to process my payment for cash flow purposes The agent I talked to said she had to check with her supervisor regarding doing this I was put on hold for a few minutes and the agent got back on the line and said that she got approval to delay the billing to the 20th It was very irritating for me to get a notice on my phone (bank alert system for debit charges) on Sunday that I was billed not just once but twice The billing was done shortly after the Sacramento Bee's customer service office closes on Sunday, so I had to wait until Monday morning to talk to them So, the complaint is about (1) double billing, and (2) charging my debit card before the agreed date

We continue to remind our delivery partners about the location of the deliveriesIf this is an ongoing problem for a specific household, we ask to contact our Customer Service at 1-800-284-in order to address the specific issueAs for the plastic bage, the Sunday products are delivered in pink bags each weekThis is specific to our product called Yes! These colored bags are used to protect the paper from any damage (torn, wet, shredded, etc)Plus, as a standard business practice, it is much easier to confirm these deliveries are being made to the correct householdsThe Tuesday product called MVP does not have a specific bag and is used if there has been problems reported on damaged papersPlease feel free to contact us at 1-800-284-if you have any further questions or concerns Thank you

As I understand it, the SacBee will stop delivery of their paper and I will not be liable for any payments, beyond my last subscription payment, that were being coerced on to me by their independent contractor. Adding: Thank you, Sacramento Revdex.com, for assisting me with this. It is 12/21/and found that the paper was still being delivered to me as of this morning. And, no one from the Sac Bee, where I left a voice mail message about a week ago, has returned my call has called to resolve this matter.
