I am rejecting this response because: Sac Bee is showing unequal responseOthers in the same situation had their accounts cleared of feesI paid under duress with the threat of collections hung over our headAt no point did the representative inform us that the collection agency was not a credit reporting companyFurther there was no clear evidence that there was any kind of reporting sent us that suggested that we would need to renew or cancel our contract our contract was for weeks they sent us a grace period that we did not ask for and that they call it a grace period is offensive since then they charge you for itAt the very least this is a predatory practice and without relief I will be seeking further action
