Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI would add, however, that I have been harassed by at least four different sales companies asking me to continue subscribing to the Bee and if not, asking me to pay the $they incorrectly thought I owed I received at least calls from these people and only got the calls stopped by blocking their numbers If, prior to this harassment, I harbored some interest in re-subscribing to the Bee, that interest has been forever destroyed Bee -- never again

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution was overdue It is unfortunate that the Bee's right hand is continuing to
perpetuate the policy of extending subscriptions without the customer's permission and then trying to collect money for that unwanted service, while its left hand apologizes and negates their request for the money Their call center is obviously instructed to stonewall complaints about the bogus bills which only get resolved after considerable effort on part of the customer I spoke with several different people employed by the Bee to no avail until complaining here at the Revdex.com I should bill them for my time In conclusion, I think the Bee should reexamine their practice of following the "policy" of extending subscriptions without the customer's permission, unless making money with this scam is more important than retaining customers like me who have subscribed to the paper for 20+ years.

I am rejecting this response because: Actually, I guess I am accepting it because I have no other choice To say I'm frustrated with the Bee would be an understatement BUT, just for Revdex.com's information, the Bee already dropped my bill back down to $per an e-mail to me dated 8-31-- although I've been billed the higher rate since then I don't think they know how much they charge for their subscription And, the three accounts I talked about in my original complaint, they are identical I know this because they are my parents and aunt I've compared all of the bills and have copies I realize I do have one more recourse and that's to cancel my subscription Right now, I'm thinking about it Thank you

because:Papers for the dates, 1-2-and 1-3-18, were not delivered as promised by customer service. I've payed for a year of home delivery so these two papers were already payed for. Why should I call customer service again? They were the ones who promised to have the missed delivery's redelivered the next day, not just once but numerous times

I am rejecting this response because:I got last week an invoice, the account was unpaid from 10/18/days later I got another invoice and the last oneThe paymento was due on 11/04/2015I e-mailed the Sacramento Bee referring the invoices, and asking for a clarification They never responded Now I read the account is due on 11/14/2015, first time a read this thru Revdex.com, not on the invoices I receivedMy question now, on 10/18/I paid for weeks When my next invoice is due 10/18/per invoice of last week, 11/4/per invoice of last Friday, 11/14/as they wrote to Revdex.com Where are the credits of the papers they did not delivered

with my nonresponse from the Sacramento Bee.According to your letter, the Bee will credit my expiration for four daysHowever, as noted in my original letter, it was four weekdays and ONE SundayWe are short one day's credit.Additionally, I did not receive the duplicate Sunday newspaper on Sunday, March As a subscriber to both the Bee and *** *** *** I am to receive two copies of the Sunday BeeAs I have been shorted the additional copy for both March and March 6, I seriously doubt I will receive this Sunday's Bee in duplicate.Was the newspaper carrier notified?
