I only agree to this resolution if I receive my paper on a daily basis without fail. I will file another complaint if at any time I do not receive my paper in a timely fashion. I was given a direct contact number to make sure my paper is received which I was never given prior to this time. Only a 1-# was available to call. I have the right to continue to file complaints with Revdex.com if The Sacramento Bee does not follow through with continued customer service of making sure paper is delivered on a daily basis and customer service is improved

because:Papers for the dates, 1-2-and 1-3-18, were not delivered as promised by customer service. I've payed for a year of home delivery so these two papers were already payed for. Why should I call customer service again? They were the ones who promised to have the missed delivery's redelivered the next day, not just once but numerous times

Customer's delivery information has been escalated to the distribution management and the regional manager *** *** to work with the carrier to deliver the daily paper to their bee tube. If you have any further questions or requests please feel free to contact us at ***.

The account was stopped on 6/16/The amount owing was from the expiration date of 6/10/15-6/16/Sicne the account was stoppedour online system no longer recognizes the account and therefore, no longer shows any customer informationAs for the request to process a payment for the $7.14, our
records show this payment was processed on 6/30/to clear the accountTypically, when a customer's account is stopped, we no longer keep the credit card information in our system (for security purposes)However, since the account was under our autopay plan, the representative should have been able to process the final paymentWe do apologize for the inconvenience and the frustration to close the accountAs of 6/30/15, the account has been cleared. I am rejecting this response because: I also did not get a paper on the 26th I have canceled my account as this has been going on since January 01/11/with the paper being thrown on the wrong side of the trailer; then on 01/- no paper, called - did get it; 01/- no paper, called - did get it; Then did get it - on the wrong side of the trailer until 01/when it was on the correct side of the trailer as it was through the 23rd.Then came the 24th No paper - called - was told one would be delivered It never cameMonday the 25th got a paper - called about the 24th still not get - was told one would be sent out - never came.Then came today, the 26th, no paper So I called, told person about this and cancelled as of this date.I simply do not want to pay a company for poor service even if I like the product (which in this case was missing several times.)

the paper is still delivered LATE, after 8:I expect the paper to be delivered before 7:Representatives of the Sacramento Bee advised me that on weekdays the paper should be delivered prior to 6:and on weekends it should be delivered prior to 7:Apparently this policy is not honored by the distributor, particularly not by the carrierWhat additional action can I take to get this problem resolved

I am rejecting this response because: I was out of town when you sent your email and I was unable to respondwithin seven days. Vacation hold, remember? I returned to Sacramento last night. The Bee’s response to my complaint is boloney. I contracted with the Bee and prepaid to have paper newspapers delivered to my home. Period. I was never informed of their “new vacation policy” or I would have handled things differently. They say the policy dates to 2012. This means that I have been fleeced several times in the last few years without my even knowing itTheir online offering is there whether I have a subscription or not. I want my two weeks extended or I want a refund. This is a desperate, underhanded method of stealing money from the few remaining subscribers the Bee hasThe Bee has shown themselves to be dishonest and desperate. They are going to do this to you when you go on vacation. Please review my case again. Thanks.*

I am rejecting this response because:I do not feel that the billing practices of The Sacramento Bee are consistent or good business practices and my subscription is too high to justifyI will be calling to cancel the subscriptionI would like to note that my family and I are going to miss getting the paper deliveredI have read the newspaper everyday since I was a childMy children have grown up reading the paper together as wellGetting the news online lacks the insight from many of the journalists

I am rejecting this response because: I do have an answering machine that is on all the time in addition to caller ID so that I can see who is calling They say they will credit me for weeks Are they sending a check? I will not accept the terms of a credit from them by saying they will extend my subscription I get the paper days a year so I will never get the credit I deserve unless I deduct it from my payment or they give me a refund check I finally received my paper yesterday and today but is still being delivered near the sidewalk at then of my driveway instead on my front porch near the front door
