I am rejecting this response because: I called the number provided in the Bee's response. The Customer Service rep said he would send an URGENT message to the distribution manager and the regional manager and would credit my account to reflect the lack of delivered newspapers. That was on 12/and I still have not received a newspaper (since 11/15/when I subscribed) and I have not heard from anyone with the Bee. The situation is where it was when I made this complaint
