The last complaint registered on this account was 9/8/The Regional Manager called Mr*** on 9/28/and spoke with the distributor about the deliveryOn 10/22/16, our VIP rep called the Mr*** and left a message regarding the delivery as wellShe also sent a message to the distributor
Since 10/22/16, we have not received any calls or emails regarding the delivery problemsWe can only assume the service was corrected.The regional manager will be sending out an apology letter today 11/16/16.Thank you

The renewal notices are a notification of when the account will or has expired with date in upper right hand corner and will state the second or third noticeThese notices will not have any payment history or owing balances since they are not customized to customer's account detailI have included a copy of the most recent renewal letter sent to the customer for renewal and if customer does not wish to renew at the time it is stated that we do need to be notified for cancellation of service. Paper is not being delivered where it was promised -- which is on the front porch under the door, since I am unable to walk out anywhere to retrieve itSo that was a condition of accepting a Bee subscription back in May It is way out on sidewalk near street gutter or way out on front lawn or NOT DELIVERED AT ALLI am unable to retrieve it and have to leave it there all dayIt was promised over and over when I call to complain that it will be put on the porch under the door and it only lasts that way for a few days and then after that it is weeks and weeks of out on the lawn or street or no delivery at allI am being told to look at the e-news of Sacramento Bee and I don't want to do that---I can see the news for free on computer at the radio/tv news sitesI want a paper newspaper to readI have spent about hours total on the phone with complaints since last May when I subscribedEvery time I call I am promised it will be on porch the next day and it is not happeningI am not sure how to proceed to get my paper on the porchIt is not delivered at all sometimesI am not sure what more to do to get correct deliveryDo I need to pay more money to the Sacramento Bee to get porch delivery?
