The delivery contractor was requested on Friday evening, February 5, to provide photo verification of the Sunday, February delivery. Delivery was reported as completed in the very early morning hours of February 7. Since the February edition is the only delivery to this address since the photo was requested, the photo could only align with the February edition It is likely someone is taking the paper or some other unknown reason after delivery is completed.
