I am rejecting this response because: still NO IMPROVEMENT, the paper is delivered LATE EVERY DAY, i.eSun3/[email protected] 9.00; Mon3/@ 7:30; Tue, 3/@8:00; Wed3/@ 7;55; & Thr3/(today) @8;Suggesting calling the 800-284-phone number is a joke, I've called that number numerous times and got NO RESULTS, that why I contacted the Revdex.comI'd like Regional Manager *** *** to advise what's a reasonable time to expect the paper to be deliveredI was told several times by Bee representatives, when I called the # referred to in the Bee's response that the paper should be delivered prior to 6:on weekdays & 7:on weekends, this NEVER HAPPENED not even one timeBy the way about plus months ago the paper was always delivered by 6:Obviously they have a different carrier who apparently delivers the paper at their convenienceReceiving the paper this late every day, does me know good as I don't have time to read it until I get home in the evening after work.

I would like to restate or confirming thatNeither I received paper delivery after weeks nor I have received any bill or auto renewal noticeI just took the initial subscription as to support or encourage student scolorship purpose! But this good cause made me disturbed atleast sacramento bee waived the payment on my nameso, I would prefer to send a confirmation letter to my address ..Also thanks to Revdex.com for supporting the same?Regards*** ***

The SacBee resolved this issue when they said on 3/they were issuing a full refund of $ As of today, we have not been issued a refund, either electronically or a hard check How long does it usually take? I find it interesting that I have received phone calls and paper offers ro renew our subscription to the SacBee, but no refund.Thanks for your help, *** ***
I am rejecting this response because: Hello Revdex.com Thank You for your help with the sacramento bee sorry I have taken so long to get back to youI have now received a second check from sac bee it is for $and the 1st check I received from them was for $totaling $which was the original amount I paid them back in feb/march it was not needed that I received the full amount since I received papers at $a paper + $But if sac bee wishes to refund the full amount then I will go ahead and keep the $or if they wish I'll send it back to them. The currant status with the sacbee is they have me on a day free trial sunday + TV Guide only at $a week I think I mentioned that in the last letter to youWell they still havent got paper to me I call the automated service every week a take another credit on the free trialThey also sent me a renewal bill but I wont subscribe until they can prove that they can get the paper to me on a continuos basisI will probably stop calling the automated machine and give up on the idea of getting a paper at which point I hope they dont take that as I;M receiving the paper and try to charge me.It is too bad that this company is having so much trouble Thank You again for all your patience and help sorry I took so long in getting back if you have any ?'s or anything let me know*** ***

When I phoned the paper, earlier this morning, those that answered the general line, seemed to be unable to understand what I was asking as well as unwilling to put me through to their supervisor. I am hoping that one of these two individuals will be able to help me out as well as have the
authority to make a decision. In the meantime, something of pressing importance (to me) is that the newspaper stop delivering to my home. It has been a couple of days since I spoke with *** *** that I spoke with two days ago. I had thought that he was an employee of the paper but found out, this morning, that he is just an independent contractor. At that time, I told him that I had never wanted to have any further delivering of the paper to my home. However, it is still be delivered and, quite frankly, I am concerned that The Sacramento Bee is going to expect me to continue paying for this delivery, which should have been ended when my subscription expired. It didn’t. Furthermore, I didn’t realize that the timeframe for this communication between the Revdex.com and The SacBee may take until after the holidays. I should not have to pay for something that I never asked for. I never wanted an extension of the delivery nor do I want it while this case is pending. Lastly, I am considering pursuing a complaint with the State Attorney’s office. This whole ordeal is starting to feel a lot like a “shake-down” by this newspaper. I’ve never had a problem with any of my magazine subscriptions with their common procedures in soliciting an extension of a subscription. The Sacramento Bee seems to have its own “customized” way of doing business, which is atypical of other subscription periodicals. And, there is a real reluctance to communicate in any other way other than a phone call, which cannot be easily documented by myself or others who are dealing with similar issues. Please keep me updated as to my complaint. And, thank you for your time this afternoon.
