Convergent Outsourcing, Inc., has investigated Ms***' complaint Our client, Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC, placed the above-referenced Career Choices Meta bank account with us for collections on their behalf in September to collect a balance of $ on their behalfAlthough Ms [redacted] indicates the letter she received did not provide information regarding the debt, the letter we sent did provide the debt description and the balance.In response to Ms***'s communication, we have closed our file and returned the account to our client.We have not reported the Career Choices Meta bank account to the credit bureausJefferson Capital Systems, LLC, has notified us they have closed their file and terminated collection actionThey have also confirmed they have not reported any information regarding the account to the credit bureaus

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:the address they have on file is illegal and it dont right how would I give right information for something that isn't mine I'm sorry but I never had t mobile I been with [redacted] and then switch to [redacted] witch the phone are not in my name also my credit report there no T-Mobile at all and the lady refuse to escalate to a supervisor at all I asked several times before we both started getting upset I have proof that I never been with T-Mobile I can give access to my credit report this place has not stop calling my cell phone also I'm on the do not call listed Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:TThe company didn't answer to my complaint of them getting my credit multiple times, as shown on when I checked my credit report! Why are they pulling up my credit reports SEVERAL TIMES? They said they had a debit I owe, that I don't have on my report, and they say they have had no contact with meSo, why is the reason they are looking into my private information? If they are debit collectors, they are not legally able to get credit my or anyone's credit report.iSincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have never received any correspondence from PayPal that my account was in arrears Before filing the complaint with Revdex.com, I contacted PayPal on the day I filed this complaint and was assured that there were no records indicating there were problems with the account I have always kept the account current It is my opinion that something fraudulent is going on here as they were requesting I forward them funds to clear the matter.Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I spoke to PayPal various times and confirmed that my account has a zero balanceAfter filing this complaint I was able to reach the collections department at PayPal and provided the account number on the collections letter Convergent Outsourcing sent to me At that time, PayPal confirmed that the account was for a different user, with a different name, address, and social security numberDespite this, I was targeted with an inquiry by Convergent Outsourcing into my credit and was pursued with a collections letterAs such, I had to file this complaint with the Revdex.comI have sent a Certified Return Receipt letter to both Convergent Outsourcing and PayPal detailing this information and requesting that no claim be incorrectly submitted to the credit agencies against my record, that the account be associated with the correct person, and that I not be contacted directly again for someone else's debtI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and being that their letter indicates they have closed the account and returned it to PayPal I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.?
