The company made categorizations and assertions that I did make in their responseMy exact complaint is listed below Complaint Detail / Problem Complaint Type: Billing or Collection Issues Problem: I received a letter dated 12/28/from this company stating that I owed a debt if $1,from an Original creditor "first consumers national bank (FCNB)" I have never done any business with this companyI tried to called FCNB" (out of business)I performed my due diligence in investigating this issueThis debt is not mineI have no knowledge of FCNB The company failed to me my desired outcome: Desired Resolution / Outcome Desired Resolution: No further contact by the business Desired Outcome: No further contact by the business, delete my information from their databaseNo reporting to Credit reporting agency or others of informationComplaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Convergent says they cannot find an account in my name, and they want an account number in order to proceed I do not have such a number, because I've never been contacted by Convergent in the first place I've only learned their name because they falsely reported a delinquency in my name They certainly reported a delinquency to Equifax, yet miraculously don't have a record of my account when it comes time to correct their mistake They ended their initial response by asking for my full Social Security Number As if I would simply give them my SSN when they have already fraudulently reported me to the credit bureaus and "cannot find a Convergent account in my name" Convergent can contact me with a secure email, and I would consider giving them more information However, considering they have never contacted me in the first place, I will not hold my breath nowI have no faith that this company is even legitimate, other than the fact they responded to the Revdex.comUnless they take further steps to rectify this situation, the next contact they receive from me will be from my attorney Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe that the account has been closed and I believe that they can guarantee that matter does not happen again seeing how I am just one of the many hundreds who have been outraged by this or should I say scam attempt to collect a sum on poor unknowing people is ridiculous and I believe with all the complaints that have been made their should be some type of punishment towards scam companies like thisI believe the Revdex.com should make note of all of these complaints and either punish them to the point that they will no longer run these scams or shut them downBut we as consumers of a product that was never purchased to be harassed and belittled into paying a scam company is ridiculous and honestly I do not feel safe knowing that the Revdex.com has not tried to shut them down yet! I want a written letter that the account is closed and not sent back to the original culprits in which during my research have noticed that this original collection agency [redacted] has been thought to be the true owners of this supposed Convergent Outsourcing so if this is true then this vicious cycle will not stop but only lay dormant for a few and then pop back offRevdex.com please take action against scam companies like these.?
