Re: [redacted] Case#: [redacted] To whom this may concern, We have investigated Ms [redacted] complaint [redacted] placed this account in our office 03/14/14, to collect $on their behalfConvergent Outsourcing, Incis a collection agency that only collects on accounts placed in our office by our clientsOn 08/10/2015, Ms [redacted] spoke with someone in our office and advised us at that time she disputed the balanceAs of 08/10/2015, the account was placed in a dispute status and collection activity had been suspendedIn response to the complaint, we have closed and returned the account to our client We will forward a copy of Ms [redacted] complaint and our response to our clientIf Ms [redacted] has any inquiries please have her contact [redacted] at [redacted] to ensure a resolution is foundConvergent is no longer handling this accountWe appreciate the opportunity to respond

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Convergent says they cannot find an account in my name, and they want an account number in order to proceed I do not have such a number, because I've never been contacted by Convergent in the first place I've only learned their name because they falsely reported a delinquency in my name They certainly reported a delinquency to Equifax, yet miraculously don't have a record of my account when it comes time to correct their mistake They ended their initial response by asking for my full Social Security Number As if I would simply give them my SSN when they have already fraudulently reported me to the credit bureaus and "cannot find a Convergent account in my name" Convergent can contact me with a secure email, and I would consider giving them more information However, considering they have never contacted me in the first place, I will not hold my breath nowI have no faith that this company is even legitimate, other than the fact they responded to the Revdex.comUnless they take further steps to rectify this situation, the next contact they receive from me will be from my attorney Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] ? I am rejecting this response because:Due to the fact that? Convergent outsourcing has admitted that they have been asked for validation on numerous occasions and have yet failed to send an signed contract or agreement stating that I owe the "said debt." They are simply sending a bill that could have been generated by their officeIf I am responsible for this account that they claim they should be able to send me a detailed report of when I missed payments, when the account was first opened and when I defaultedConvergent outsourcing should be able to send me an actual contract between me and " [redacted] ." I am continuously asking that Convergent Sourcing to send what ever documents they have in their files used to verify this accountA fraudulent bill will not sufficeUnder FCRA I have the right to demand they disclose all of the documents they have recorded and retained in their files at the time of the request concerning account that at being reported on my credit reportAll unverified accounts must be deletedSo again who verified this account? What documents did they use to verify/validate? Where are the documents used to verify?The only correspondence that I received was a billing statement.? This item does not qualify? as verification per FCRAThis company is in violation for continuing to verify the account with the credit bureaus without providing the evidence as requestedit is my contention that Convergent Outsourcing know that they cannot tie me to this alleged account, otherwise, they would have done so when I made my initial requestConvergent Outsourcing is blatantly disregarding the law.?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] Dear Revdex.com I accept the business response even though they still haven't been honest!The only reason they are giving me the receipt I have been asking them for OVER and OVER again, is because Revdex.com stepped in.Which shouldn't of been necessary had they taken care of the compliant directly through them.They have lied to Revdex.com alsoThey never sent it to my email, and they know they don't have proof of it ever delivered or sent to my email on 04/as they say they did.Thank you Revdex.com for stepping in and getting this handledI know it wouldn't of been handled through them without your help.Convergent Outsourcing is a VERY dishonest business!!!
