The part is under a 5 year warranty and since it keeps breaking it is not my fault that the parts are defective and I should not have to pay for Labor or service.If they had fixed it right the first time I would have been satisfied.  They should honor their parts and warranty without charging an absorbent fee of 190.00 for labor on a part that snaps in.

GE Factory Service has a 30 day repair warranty on all repairs. If Ms. [redacted] dishwasher is still not repaired she is welcome to have service back out before May 11, 2015 for a GE Factory Service technician to take another look at the issue. She is welcome to give me a call at[redacted], to schedule the service appointment or she can also call GE Factory Service directly at [redacted] to arrange an appointment.

[redacted]  1.      GE stated in their reply to the Revdex.com that they would have their Maintenance Department contact me and schedule repairs to my oven.  No one from GE called and therefore, no repair attempt has been made. 2.      GE needs to repair my oven or otherwise resolve the issue, such as providing a new oven at their expense.
