I am ready accept the offer as stated in the attachment with these exceptionsWhat started this complaint in the first place was when I placed the order the person(on answer machine) kept adding things to my order I did not want like gift cards and magazines they were going to be billed separate I do not know if this will be billed to me later.Thanks again Mrs*** for all your help I will be out of town all next wk so will not be able to respond to any mail .If you can get their assurance I want be billed later for any of the things cited above I will consider the complaint#*** closedHowever I would like to complain that the way Foot Angel tried to bill me for things I did not want should not be legal and borders on the fraud side I sure do wish you would relay this to themKeep in mind I was dealing with a machine that already had my credit card info.It's not really the money involved in this issue it's the principle of the thing.Again thanks so much for all your help

They emailed me yesterday and said that they were going to refund me in full for their mistake and I was to keep the pillow complements of them.... From the email..."Hello [redacted],Thank you for contacting Miracle Bamboo Pillow Customer Care....⇄ [redacted] ending in xxxx for $44.89. > I changed the last four numbers to xxxx as this will be visible to all as I will fully get into laterKeep the pillows with our compliments. Please allow 3-5 business days for it appear on your acc...⇄ They were deceptive about when the order was shipped and how I was contacted. As in my original message... It was over the phone as their sales people wouldn't take no for an answer while trying to wrangle me into other SPECIAL DEALS AND PROMOTIONS. THATS WHEN I CANCELLED THE ORDER. Here is the link again to the billing invoice. You can see the original date ordered, 2-13.
