He was also very helpful in educating us about the units and providing us with tips for better care and maintenance. [redacted] has visited our residence several times, and we are always impressed with his high level of customer service, courteousness, and expertise with HVAC systems. During his visit this week, he made us aware of two non-HVAC hazards; he advised on the damp area in the crawl space as a result of a plumbing leak, and the dryer vent malfunction in the attic.
His visit before, [redacted] repaired the broken latch on the outside crawl space door, to make it easier to access the area, and to help us as well, without taking credit for it.
I would highly recommend [redacted], and Morris-Jenkins, on any HVAC issue.
For over 20 years, M-J has handled our HVAC needs for both service and installation. xxxxx, Service Technician, was prompt, professional, and thorough in all aspects of this semi-annual service visit for two residential HVAC systems. He took his time and explained everything. Next year, we will be installing a new system, and will be definitely use this company. At least one of our adult children uses M-J. This company is operated the way one should be. The customer comes first.
xxxxx was great. He serviced my home's AC system very efficiently, cleanly and was extremely personable. Coupled with the little blue shoe-slippers, his practical service and maintenance recommendations on my AC equipment demonstrate to me that he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers' home and HVAC System. The detailed review of my system's output values also illustrates that xxxxx is a technician that is knowledgeable and experienced.
Technicians of all practices could learn a few things from xxxxx. If I were his manager, I would award him with a salary increase, a reserved parking spot at the office (close to the entrance) as well as extra PTO and maybe a plaque of recognition.
In summary, I was impressed by the level of service, professionalism (cleverly coupled with humor), and efficiency on today's service visit.
[redacted] is really a valued employee of Morris-Jenkins. He was here on a semi-annual maintenance call and really spent the necessary time inspecting our air conditioner, cleaning out our water heater metal box, and advising us that we needed new smoke detectors. He did his job well done!!

Coming home from work on a Thursday night, I discovered our AC had died. I contacted our usual repair service (the folks who installed the system and advertise 24 hour service) and never heard back. So I called Morris Jenkins around 9:30 at night, talked to a live person, and had an appointment scheduled for 8 am Friday morning. Sammie B[redacted] was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He was on time, and did everything necessary to ensure our AC system was working correctly and we were happy before he left. He quoted a price before any work was started, and explained everything before starting to work. This experience made me a Morris-Jenkins customer.
Very professional- so glad we called Morris-Jenkins. Very customer service oriented. The technician,xxxxx, was on time, very nice and seemed quite knowledgeable.
Our problem was a sudden failure of our Nest Thermostat. It reported a missing connection [redacted] came promptly as scheduled within an hour or two of our call. He tested the connections, found nothing obviously loose, but after manipulating the connections, the problem went away. [redacted] did a very efficient job, but I was disappointed that this service was required.
Came out promptly and was able to fix my system in one visit. xxxxx was knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend to any future customers.
On 19 Sept 2016 Morris-Jenkins technicians Eric and Andy and electrician Matt were removing a failed heat pump system and its humidifier as part of installing a new system. When removing the humidifier, Andy noted that the saddle valve providing water to the humidifier from the water heater plumbing was leaking and would not seal. Andy at once arranged for water heater specialist Tony S. to come out and repair the leaky valve. Tony soon arrived and set to evaluating the leak and determined that removal of the valve and replacing it with a connecting sleeve was needed. He proceeded to do so in a very efficient, professional, and personable manner.
I can't say enough good things about Morris Jenkins! Mark N[redacted] has been absolutely wonderful; extremely professional, clean & neat, personable, patient and knowledgeable. I have been very impressed with the attention to detail in explaining what was wrong/damaged within my HVAC system and pleased with videos, pictures of parts that were up in my attic that I didn't want to climb-up to see... so that I could understand the cause of the problem and the corrections made.
In today's environment, it is so refreshing to partner with a company like this that gives me respect as a customer and appreciation... even though I am the one that needs their service. I don't know anything about HVAC systems, but Dewey J[redacted]... I want to work for you!
Oh - and I think Mark N[redacted] deserves a bonus/raise! :)
