[redacted] just serviced an AC system for me. He arrived exactly when he said he would and fixed my problem within about 20 minutes. He was nice and knew what he was doing. I would have him back anytime.
On 19 Sept 2016 Morris-Jenkins technicians Eric and Andy and electrician Matt were removing a failed heat pump system and its humidifier as part of installing a new system. When removing the humidifier, Andy noted that the saddle valve providing water to the humidifier from the water heater plumbing was leaking and would not seal. Andy at once arranged for water heater specialist Tony S. to come out and repair the leaky valve. Tony soon arrived and set to evaluating the leak and determined that removal of the valve and replacing it with a connecting sleeve was needed. He proceeded to do so in a very efficient, professional, and personable manner.

Performed Spring maintenance on our air conditioner as well as general review and maintenance of all other systems. He is an outstanding tecnician. Highly professional and polite, and represents Morris Jenkins exceptionally sell.
Received a equipment check and prep for the winter season - xxxxx. was the technician. He was polite, efficient, and did a thorough cleaning and check of my heat pump/AC . I would recommend him.

Morris - Jenkins Service Technician [redacted] told me that he fixed the Heat Pump, also did the cleaning and service on the AC part. He said that he even waxed the Heat Pump. When I went outside the heat pump looked like new and shined better then my car. It was running and it sounded great. He suggested power surge protectors for the unit so it would not get knocked out again and I agreed. He quickly put those in and I got a discount because I was a Morris -Jenkins member. I have been for over a decade and it is a great feeling to know that when something happens they will try to come out ASAP and fix the problem. That day I called them at 11:00 am and they came out and all done by 4:00 pm. I know they get lots of calls and can not offer service the same day, all the time however they do offer the best service in this area.
I had my fall seasonal check this morning. XXXXX couldn't have been nicer. We had similar backgrounds so I stood outside with him for most of the visit. He did his work and explained to me everything he did. It was a learning experience for me! I appreciate that so much. Excellent! I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you.

xxxxx was the most helpful service technician from Morris Jenkins that I have experienced. All of Morris Jenkins service personnel are good at their jobs, but xxxxx was the most the best. He answered all questions that I asked, suggested that I change a Gas-pack part and why now was the best time to perform this service. It took less that 10 minutes for the part to be replaced. He checked my carbon monoxide meter and suggested I change the battery. I did not know it had a battery since it was plugged into a wall socket. Over all, xxxxx was the best ever.
xxxxx and xxxxx performed my spring checkup on 3 units yesterday. Both gentlemen were on time, friendly and courteous, and patiently explained any issues with the units and answered all of my questions. Very positiive experience.
Our service issue occurred in the evening and to our pleasant surprise they responded the same day arriving at 10:00 p.m. He immediately introduced himself and asked about our problem. It was quickly diagnosed as a evaporator coil leak and he explained in detail the various scenarios about whether it would be considered a warranty repair or not by the manufacturer.
He called me back the next morning and told us that he did find the coil and the estimated cost of repairs. After arriving that afternoon, the replacement was quickly and professionally completed.
The cost seemed a little high but not knowing the industry, it could have been perfectly correct. However, the service they provide more than makes up for any possible higher cost.
On 2/25/2016, Morris-Jenkins sent service technician xxxxx to perform a periodic system check of my system. xxxxx seemed very knowledgeable and articulate and answered all my questions.
