Absolutely the best service! xxxxx of Morris-Jenkins took the time and energy to repair a situation that caused a leak in the vent pipe from my furnace through the roof . He saved the day and probably thousands of dollars for me. I cannot be more grateful and appreciative. My brother recommended Morris-Jenkins because he told me they showed up on time, did good work and were honest. Well, he was correct and I am even more impressed with the great service and attitude orf their technicians. I would personally recommend Morris -Jenkins to anyone.
So we had our other two 13 year old air conditioners and gas furnaces changed out for the high efficiency units last week. ( My husband wanted the peace of mind and cool air that came with the 10 year warranty.) Honestly, I was hoping that after servicing by very competent and well mannered Morris-Jenkins employees that the units could make another two years but after viewing the "bad" parts and the cost of repairing the old units my husband opted to replace rather than repair. I do not know how to describe the 4 person Morris-Jenkins team other than expert technicians and gentlemen who came Saturday morning and stayed until both units were installed and functioning. That was the day we had a cloud burst of rain and yes the men got wet but they kept working safely and focused on the installation. We are pleased to have done business with this excellent company.

Not overly happy with the cost but as it was necessary and is OK. Only one item I question? I received a copy of the work done by email after the repairs. There is a duplicate charge for $117 to Add renew to Refrigerant Sys. I thought it was only one charge for the downstairs system, leak was not found.

He explained to me everything about my air systems that I never understood. He totally explained to me how to make the most out of energy efficiency in my home. I had a issure with a expansion viv w/refer in my gas pack..The tech found this on my service .The part was oreded and the tech camed out to replace it later.The rech was xxxxx, he was very nice to work with. He keeped me informed on the time it would take,he also explaned the work he was doing.My wife and I liked him very much,real nice guy!!!!!!

xxxxx is the technician who called on me for my semi-annual air/heat check up.
He was very friendly and professional. He and his apprentice worked for nearly three hours checking out our heating units. They came and went in the house without disturbing anything..including me. They wore "booties" to keep our carpet clean.
It was a pleasure having them here and that has always been the case when dealing with Morris Jenkins. Highly reccommended.
