They train their employees well, and seem to have inculcated an ethic of honesty and quality work that is demonstrated in every technician (and every person I have talked to on the phone) that has worked on our house. Recently, I especially appreciated the time xxxxx (and assistant xxxxx) spent not only on routine service but also suggesting ways in which my home could be more efficient (and save me money!). [redacted] with Morris Jenkins did a great job performing the Spring maintenance on my HVAC system. He did a thorough job and explained everything that he did to me. He replaced a capacitor which I am very aware that it's proper performance is essential to the longevity of the system. He checked and the item was under warranty so there was no charge to me. Every technician that Morris Jenkins has scheduled for my repair and maintenance have all been very capable and trustworthy.
Good initial visit for annual service contract. Well coordinated with communications. Both techs ( xxxxx and xxxxx) were professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with. Their work seemed very thorough and they seemed very knowlegeable.
xxxxx was a great tech, knowledgeable and thorough. I was disappointed that I had requested a species tech with scheduling even waiting WEEKS for the specific tech and yet scheduling sent out a different tech with out advising me. Lucky me xxxxx did a good job disputes this scheduling upset.
I had my Water Heater burst from my attic down to first level in April of 2015. I had a friend who mentioned MJ replaces water heaters. So I called them within 2 hours after this minor emergency ...they offered to come that evening. Keep in mind it was already 4pm. Wow! That was so nice and I let them know I was happy to wait until following morning however appreciated it. They arrived promptly at 8a. . [redacted] was the supervisor and his crew was great. They removed, replaced and cleaned up beautifully. They answered and showed me everything. They were super nice, fast and so customer service oriented. I was not expecting the service I received. I do not use them for heating and air but after this experience will definetly consider. [redacted] and his crew should be commended for their service! Thank you
xxxxx from Morris Jenkins came to our home today to perform the yearly maintenance on our air conditioner. xxxxx called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. He was friendly and courteous and performed the maintenance in a timely manner. We have always been pleased with the excellent customer service that Morris Jenkins provides.

Memorial Day 2016 and our AC unit went out!!!! We are first time callers to Morris Jenkins. My husband and I cannot say enough about this professional company. From the minute we called we received the best customer service and they had an opening to fix our AC. Morris Jenkins sent out [redacted] was courteous, well trained and very professional!!!! xxxxx spent a considerable amount of time at our home doing an incredibly thorough investigation and cleaning of our HVAC system. He was a pleasure to work with and is a credit to his firm and his craft.
Morris-Jenkins representative xxxxx checked out my heating and air conditioning system today (9/15/2015) as part of a prepaid seasonal maintenance plan. xxxxx was very professional, had good appearance, and gave me good news that my system was performing well.
Morris Jenkins performs regular HVAC checkups on our system, so when I smelled gas, I knew exactly who to call. xxxxx came out on my time schedule, and immediately found the issue, which required only a very small adjustment. Instead of just leaving it at that, he made sure that everything else was in good order before calling the job complete. There was no extra charge for the checkup, but I can now rest easy knowing that nothing dangerous is lurking about in the system.
xxxxx came to our home yesterday for a semi annual service call for our air conditioning system. He was professional, thorough, and spent the time to examine our system. We could not be happier with xxxxx. We will have him as our MJ representative as long as we have our home. Get's an A+
