Morris Jenkins is an outstanding company to do business with in every category. Every service rep that has serviced my heat and air unit for the past 10 years has been very professional. xxxxx their service rep replaced my compressor under warranty on 7/9 and did a great job. Their service rep xxxxx was here the week before and discovered that it needed a new compressor after I had called and said the unit did not sound good when shutting down. I highly recommend Morris Jenkins as they are awesome. xxxxx
xxxxx is knowledgeable, thoughtful and highly skilled techinician. He took the time to listen carefully regarding our concerns, began explaining what he would be doing and then proceeded, systematically to check out our HVAC system, discuss with us our problem and work through potential issues/causes and thereafter discussed solutions that addressed our temperature balance and system performance issues.
We especially appreciated that he did not propose to "over solve" the problem, but first suggested we work through our issues with certain adjustments to airflow, to settings within our thermostat, etc., meaning we did not have any extra costs or charges associated with the visit.
He thereafter reviewed with us what we should be anticipating, and indicated he would be happy to return to resolve, if needed, any and all issues that may remain.
Overall, we are very pleased with the level of xxxxx expertise and attention to high quality customer service.

My furnace was bad, verging on horrible, and xxxxx made it easier to accept by giving me all options available to me. All MJ techs have been great, in fact all MJ service people are top notch from my many experiences. xxxxx seemed to be "a cut above" - not your average tech. Exceptional.
xxxxx assisted in replacing my water heater a year ago. Unfortunately, my furnace and AC units are at that point. Frustrated, definitely - but xxxxx made options available, including financing, that allowed me to get this done immediately.

The tech came to service our AC yesterday. He was polite and professional, but he took approximately 2 hours to service our AC, then took another 45 minutes to add Freon. He arrived at 6:40 PM and finally left at 9:30 PM. The service call was set up from 4 - 7 PM. The shock was that the first pound of Freon cost $213. The second and third pound cost $67 each. I called MJ today and told them in the past I was only charged for the Freon, and had the bills to prove that. They told me the previous techs made a billing mistake in my favor. Makes me skeptical. Every time they come they find something about ready to break and in a nice way, scare you into buying another part or something. MJ is very expensive for what they do. Considering a change to another HVAC service company.

My service technician was xxxxx. He was punctual, professionally dressed, and respectful. I appreciated xxxxx thorough knowledge of the system as well as his complete honesty as it pertains to my unit coupled with my options. Most importantly, he was not pushy as it pertains to attempting to sell a unit, getting the customer to sign up for promotional plans, or other services. xxxxx listened to my current situation, what my plans were,and when I planned on taking action. Once he heard my plan, he then provided options that would support my plan. I really enjoyed the service I received from xxxxx and would highly recommend him to anyone.

He explained everything done in a very professional and knowledge able manner. He was on time also. All in all it was a great experience. [redacted] is an asset to Morris Jenkins. I am very pleased with Morris Jenkins and would highly recommend them.
Morris-Jenkins was responsive (sending a technician 8am the morning after we called). The technician (xxxxx.) was able to immediately resolve our issue, and provided transparency to the fees and details of the cause and solution to our problem. Upon my request (not an attempt to push additional services) the technician inspected our other Heating/Cooling systems and identified several issues I suspected existed due to the inefficiencies of our system (high energy bills). He provided a detailed analysis of the issues (including pictures), options and recommendations. I felt I was treated honestly, by a knowledgeable professional, I didn't feel I was being "sold" anything, and I would happily recommend their services to anyone in need.
[redacted] did an outstanding job fixing our basement air conditioning. He took the time to explain everything that was going on and how to correct the issue. He spent the time going through all 3 units and making sure there were no other issues.
