I ordered a product online from this company one month agoI have not received the order, nor have I received any confirmation of my orderI have tried to contact customer service by email and telephone and have received no response There are a number of other warnings on different websites about this company and I wish I had read them before It seems like the company may not intend to ever fill my order at all They make many claims on their website, including 7-day shippingPinterest advertises for this company, and is therefore also responsible for this scam Action should certainly be taken to prevent this company from taking advantage of any more consumers

I received an email saying my order has shopped but now when I go to track it, it says to contact customer service which I have several times and still no responseI am starting to get worried because of these reviews and the fact that there is no way to actually reach anyone from the company besides an email address which doesn't seem to be very reliable at allMy order number is 2234787, please let me know what the status is or I am going to file a complaint with my bank to get my money refunded

Ordered $108 worth of merchandise from this business on August 30th, 2016. Still had not received the merchandise by September 11 so I contacted the business to find out why the items had not been shipped and was told they had a warehouse problem and to contact them in another 12 days if I hadn't received a confirmation tracking number for my shipped goods. I contacted them on the 22 of September to tell them I never received my merchandise or a confirmation tracking number and was told again that they are looking into it but just in case to look at my spam. I proceeded to ask for a refund but no reply. I tried numerous times to call the constantly busy number they supplied for customer service only to get through and find out it was a fax number.

My daughter ordered a jacket from cupsheIt arrived and she did not like it and wanted to return itThere was no order slip in the packageI went to the website to attempt to return it and all avenues of return required a order numberWe have no order numberI called cupshe several times and never got a personI emailed cups times requesting the order number and got automated responsesI would like to return this itemWe have now exceeded weeks but it is not my faultI would like someone from cupshe to contact me and help me return this item as I am missing information for crucial stepsI do not have an email from cupshe about the order either so I have no information about the purchase [redacted] cell ###-###-####
