DO NOT buy from this company unless you absolutely know you want to keep the suit you orderI wanted to return a few suits from my order because the fit was a bit offIt has been impossible to get a refundThey keep claiming they are having technical problems and that my money will be refundedI have contacted my credit card company to get my money backThey will not give you a refund if you want to return the suitsThey are a scam

I placed order # [redacted] on 8/8/for bathing suitsI received the order on Wednesday 8/16/One of the bathing suits came to my house defective where the pads inside the cups of the top are damaged and show through the topI emailed Cupshe requesting to EXCHANGE this suit (the other one was fine) for another one and included picturesI received an email back from Jarvis, ticket # [redacted] , telling me they will credit me 80% of the return value for the damaged itemThis is totally unacceptable that you shipped me a damaged product and then won't even let me exchange it for an undamaged bathing suitThis is a horrible business practice I have email feeds and pictures to back up my claimThey offered to let me keep the damaged suit but what am I going to do with a damaged bathing suit? That's not a resolution

I ordered shirts and have received a confirmation that they received my order and they have received the money from my charge Product has still not been shipped I want to cancel my order but no response from company

I ordered product for the site on May 23rd. The site said the would notice me with order updates and I have not received anything. It's June 13th. I sent 2 messages and called. The messages I never got a response to and the phone call wouldn't even go through. I sent another email wanting to cancel the order because at this point I got new product because I never got what I ordered.

I have been trying to get them to tell me where to send my return and get a full refund for two weeksThey have only responded twice with the same script and are only offering a coupon to get more items from themI just want to send back the items and get my money back, like a return

I placed an order with this business for a piece of clothing on 2/23/2018. Since then, after receiving a tracking number and a notice that my product was shipped on 2/26, I received confirmation from the [redacted] that there is no package to be found. They can not locate my product. I have reached out to this company by email because there is no phone number, asking them to respond or send a new package and they WILL NOT respond. I read a lot of reviews from people that have had this same issue with no resolution. I would like to try and get a refund to my credit card but I have no other recourse. Please help. Over the past months, I have been trying to contact a retail/online clothing store "Cupshe." I attempted to purchase multiple articles of clothing through their online website, and I never received my orderSo, after multiple weeks without notification, I contacted their customer service in hopes of getting a refundThey have emailed back on multiple occasion, and it seems as if the business is somewhat of a scam, as well as having possible outsourced transactionsThey have said multiple times that my money would be refunded, and each time the money does not come throughThey have told me a few times now that they would refund my money yet it has never been refundedThe numbers they offer online to get in touch with them never go through and for two months now I have been asking for a refund and have not received it

I purchased a bathing suit on Feb1, from Cupshe and received it shortly thereafter on Feb4th, The bathing suit does not fit; therefore I want to return itOn Cupshe's website, they do not have a phone number for customer service, only an email contact with instructions to email them with return inquiriesI have emailed this address: *** at least times explaining I want to make a returnI have only received automated emails back asking to send specific return request information in, which I have also done at least timesI then proceed to get no further information back from themAll I want is to get my money refunded and send the swimsuit backTheir refund policy clearly states they accept refunds within days

I'm trying to return an itemThey are NOT offering me a full refund! It is either don't return and get 60-70% refund or get 90% refund and a creditBut their return policy says you can be offered a full refundI've asked for full refund and now no one from company will get back with me!
I've never worn the dress I ordered, I don't like the styleI literally got it & asked to return it the very next day

I placed an order with cupshe September 4thI emailed them several times, and by October 2nd requested a full refund on my purchaseTheir policy states all refunds will be processed within 2-business daysOctober 10th the company finally shipped out my order, but refused to process the refundCupshe stated they had not received the refund request quick enough prior to shipping my order, and that I would then have to return the merchandise (which I had requested previously)It is now October 18th and I refused the package, and have not yet received a response from Cupshe, nor a refund

Cupshe does not offer returns as described in the return policy There is no way to return product and receive a refundCustomer service is horrible
