Cupshe.com takes orders and charges your credit card immediatelyThey never send you any information regarding an order number, order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etcwhen you call to complain, you realize the phone line is cut offWhen you email, you are informed that they can only help you if you provide them with an order number - but they've never sent one outPlease go to their *** page and read the comments This is happening to many people, everyone has the same storySome people say they have received responses via *** messenger and received a refund that wayYet, if you keep reading the comments you learn that although they were told a refund is coming, one never comesThis situation is currently where I am at - and many other people around the country

I have ordered two items from Cupshe.comThey both claim to be shipped in 3-days and that I would receive a shipment confirmation when the items were shippedThe items did not ship for weeks after I placed my orderWhen I contacted customer service, I was told that their shipping program was down and that there was a glitch in the systemEvery email I sent was met with a different excuse as to why they could not hold up their end of the transactionWhen the products finally arrived, they were of poor quality and made of horrendous fabric that was not mentioned in the advertisement for the itemsAt one point, I was told I could receive a refund for my purchase if I replied to the emailI did exactly as they asked and was never refunded my moneyNow that I have the items, I want to return them for a refund and their website will not allow me to because they were ordered over days ago

I have sent multiple emails regarding my order First, the order was very late, and one email I received stated "if the tracking info still has no info update after two weeks, we are bound to refund partially to you as compensation"Items took longer than two weeks without tracking update informationWhen I inquired about this I did not receive an email back from customer service
Once I finally did receive the items, they did not match the description/photos on the websiteI am looking to return/refund the items

I purchased bathing suits for $that I wanted to return$is the total amount of the items purchased there were no other fees and shipping was free The website says that they accept returns and refunds (***), so I followed the instructions on the website and asked for a refundI realized very quickly this was a scamFirst they offered me a $"coupon" which is clearly less than the amount of my purchase and said I didn't have to send back the items I said this was unacceptable and wanted a full refund and wanted to return the items because they didn't fitThen, they offered me a store credit of $and said they don't offer shipping labels and are not responsible for "shipping back fee" I said I didn't understand and asked if there was a number I could call to speak with someoneThey responded that they don't have a phone service and again offered me the $credit

Product was paid for and not deliveredMany email attemptsCustomer service number does not work

I placed an order with this business for a piece of clothing on 2/23/Since then, after receiving a tracking number and a notice that my product was shipped on 2/26, I received confirmation from the *** *** *** *** that there is no package to be foundThey can not locate my productI have reached out to this company by email because there is no phone number, asking them to respond or send a new package and they WILL NOT respondI read a lot of reviews from people that have had this same issue with no resolutionI would like to try and get a refund to my credit card but I have no other recoursePlease helpThank you for your assistance

The website claims that refunds are "easy to initiate" but this is complete false There are several issues with this claim
Not all items received contain a barcode which is required for refunds
I e-mailed support dozens (yes, dozens) of times only to receive replies back from a different womens name each time with various emojis which are not relevant and not professional
There is no phone number to call to speak with a human being
Packaging does not come with return order form
Difficult to obtain address to return items to (via e-mail communication)
Later found out that either you have to pay for shipping back OR they you could keep the items less $charge per item (which online page does not state)
Overall, have been in contact with the return e-mail address for over a week, have e-mailed repeatedly and still there is no indication I will receive any refunds back

I placed an order on 10/25/My money was withdrawn immediately but I was not provided with a tracking number or order numberWhen I contacted the company (multiple times) I was only given automated responses and still not provided with any information about my orderI have since requested my order be canceled and money refunded to which I have not had a response

My daughter ordered pieces of swimwear that did not fitIn trying to return the items, we felt the return address on the website looked incomplete, so my daughter emailed the company to ask for complete addresstheir response was they would be happy to exchange it, but did not give her the address as requestedAfter another email, we then tried phoning the company, and we either were hung up on or no one answered at allI then emailed another email address we found, with no response, and tried another phone number, and no one answeredAs we only have days, and have been trying to contact them for at least weeks, we feel now we will not only be out the money spent on these items, but not be able to exchange them either Not sure what else to try, and I'm sure nothing can be done, but I thought I would reach out to you and see if there is anything you are able to doThank you

I ordered three bathing suits from this companyTwo of the bathing suits do not fit properlyThe tops are too big while the bottoms fitI reached out to their customer service on how to return the items ( The website states returns are allowed up to days after receipt)They keep sending me the same response stating they will only give me either 90% of my money back or to 70% of my money backBoth options are to keep the bathing suits? First of all I don't want to bathing suits they don't fit, what am I going to do with them? The second issue I have is you want me to keep the suits give me a 90% credit to buy something else on your site but if that item doesn't fit I'm also stuck with that and you will not give me any further creditsI want to return the items and get a full refund

This is a terrible website with poor quality merchandise and even worse customer supportI made a purchase a received a defective product and tried to return it and they wouldn't let me do itThey would only deal with you through a bot email responder they refuse to take ownership of the defective productI am a frequent online shopper and this is by far the worst online customer service experience I've ever hadIf you purchase anything there, you are stuck with it and will never get your money back even if they sent you a defective ripped productYou are better off shopping anywhere elseUpdate: The website continues to not take responsibility for their defective productI feel like I'm being punished for taking a risk on this website

I purchased two swim suits from this company online and asked for a return which they only do after contacting them through email and receiving approvalI contacted them several times stating I’d like to return the items for a full refund and after a few responses they stopped responding and have not given me an address to mail the items back toI can no longer reach anyone at the company and cannot return the items without further contact and a return addressI have done everything they asked for to return the items which do not fit and we’re made incorrectly including given them a reason as well as provide a picture of the item barcodes as stated in their online return policyI am incredibly unhappy with this service and only wanted to mail the items back and recieve my refundThis online site is a fraud and they force you to keep the items and steal your money by not responding to customer emails or online customer reviews

I purchased swim suits from Cupshe which arrived this weekI tried them on and determined only one fitYou must email the company to get refund startedHowever, they want to give me a coupon or only partial refund and you have to send pictures of the items firstI want a full refund for items for which I paid over $to receiveNo where on their website does it say you cannot return items for full refund

I ordered swimsuits over weeks ago and my total was bucks and I have yet to receive them and I have been inquiring about my shipment via email and it will take them over a week to respond then when they do respond their reply is your shipment is on its wayIts still in ChinaApparently they wont credit my money back to me and now they just simply arent responding

This company does not deliver products purchasedYou get no email or sales confirmation, you do not recieve the product, nor do you recieve a refund after contact
