This has got to be one of the worst companies for online ordering and customer serviceI have originally ordered online on Sept25, and my credit card was immediately charged I have yet to received a confirmation or order number I have contacted the Company several times by calling the customer service number and each time there is no answer I also sent several emails in which I get an automatic response that does not tell me the status of my shipment or a refund I finally had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute on the charge to my credit card since I have yet to receive the goodsI should have read the other reviews of this company to see what kind of Company this really is I will never be dealing with this Company again nor will I recommended this website to anyone else!

I ordered from cupshe.com on 9/19/and was promptly charged I then never received a confirmation email or shipping email I contacted them again on 9/to cancel order because at ordering I was told 4-day shipping I finally received a response on 10/to be patient or if I wanted a refund to simply respond to the email so I did that day Now days later I look at my bank statement they refunded my and that is it I am at a loss this company should be sued and not be allowed to operate I cannot get in touch with a real person in this company all emails are just automated responses
I placed an order for two items from their website on 10/04/They charged me for the full amount which appeared on my credit card the next dayA week passed and they haven't shipped the itemsI emailed them asking them to cancel my order and not to ship the itemI completed the refund request from their websiteIt is now two weeks since the original order dateNothing has been shipped, no refund issued, and no response from the company to my emails

I proceeded to tell them I just want a full refund and then they have not replied back to me sinceI started investigating and found many people had the same issue and even never received a package in the first place

I ordered two swimsuits from Cupshe on 7/15/ The suits were delivered on 7/25/ Upon receiving my order and after trying on articles the pieces were too small No big deal since the offer returns (or so the website says) After contacting customer service they only offered 50% refund or 80% store credit This should not apply to me because I fit all return criteria (tags attached, within days, etc) After reviewing their return policy yet again from their site I feel like this is advertising I only wish to return the articles for a full refund like their site advertises Thank you
I ordered a sweatshirt on September 9, On September 19, I emailed their customer service because I had not received a shipping confirmation emailI received an email response stating that I had not received a shipping confirmation email because of a "system bug" but was reassured that the item was "on it's way"The English in their correspondence is broken and not grammatically correct so, I assume I am dealing with a company that is not native to USA, even though they list a NJ address
