On 9/16/I placed an order with this merchant I never got a confirmation of an order # Emailed them 10/13/and got an auto message telling me to wait another 7-days Total of days my merchandise arrived Most of it didn't fit and I needed to return a few pieces They charged me $and every attempt I've made to contact this company has failedI want a refund for the merchandise that doesn't fit I still have the unworn items and it's impossible for me to return them because they didn't provide an order # or confirmation Called, emailed and keep getting the same auto-message Saw reviews on Revdex.com and wish I read them before my order I want a refund immediately and I'm calling my CC company as this is fraud I want to ship back the items ASAP! No response from company
Ordered $worth of merchandise from this business on August 30th, Still had not received the merchandise by September so I contacted the business to find out why the items had not been shipped and was told they had a warehouse problem and to contact them in another days if I hadn't received a confirmation tracking number for my shipped goodsI contacted them on the of September to tell them I never received my merchandise or a confirmation tracking number and was told again that they are looking into it but just in case to look at my spamI proceeded to ask for a refund but no replyI tried numerous times to call the constantly busy number they supplied for customer service only to get through and find out it was a fax number

I purchased three bathing suits from the online website cupshe January 16th for $ The bathing suits were charged to my card but I received no confirmation email I used the email I used in the past when purchasing the bathing suits and when I contacted Cupshe, they said there was no order from the email I provided and then I tired to log in with the email I always use and it said that my email was invalid I am really not happy because I really like the bathing suits I ordered and I want themAt this point though, I just want my money back and to never order from Cupshe again
This company is extraordinarily unresponsive to my return requests and has not responded to my inquiries on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and InstagramI have sent multiples emails from my personal email and have only received a standard reply twice without any follow up information to the requestI have responded to those emails with all of the product information, photos, and specific requests as they have asked for I still have not received a reply to any of my messages regarding this return request
One of the bikinis I received was damaged and cannot be repaired Two bikinis have a fit issue that will not be corrected with an exchangeAnother bikini appears to have been worn, smells of cigarette smoke, and the plastic sanitation liner was missing from the swimsuit bottoms as well

First I ordered from CupShe an online retailerI was hesitate that I would not received my products in time for an upcoming tripI looked up the shipping time on thier site and it says anywhere from 4-daysI waited a week and never got confirmation of anythingI then logged into the site to find that my order still had not been fulfilledI proceeded to email CupShe customer ServiceThey sent me an automated message saying if I would like a refund to request oneI filled out the form for a refund and they stated "someone will contact you shortly" Well a week and half later they sent me the same automated messageNo response, No refundAbsolutely terrible customer serviceI now am out $and also do not have the items I wished to purchase through this siteI then email back to the automated message for the THIRD time explaining that I have already requested a refund and have not be returned my moneyI now am writing here in hopes to grab thier attention and warn fellow

I ordered two dresses from Cupshe.com on September 1, My card was immediately charged To date, I have not received a confirmation number and my order has remained unfulfilled I have tried calling the number on their website, many many times and either the line goes dead or there is a very rapid busy noise I have emailed the customer service email address and I get a form response with words that make no sense and none of it responds to my questions about my order I feel like I have been scammed and the company isn't real I want my money back or the dresses to be shipped and I want someone to acknowledge my emails Their system works well enough to charge my credit card, but not well enough to respond to me?

I ordered items from this companyI followed the sizing guide however, when the items arrived they were size too bigI went online to fill out return informationI was unable to select my items for returnA pop up said that my items were un-returnableThe website says that all items can be returned within days of delivery! I tried to call the customer service number for days and was sent straight to voicemail everytimeI placed more than calls in the day period and was sent straight to voicemail after being told that "all the representatives were busy with other customers"I left a detailed voicemail but my phone call was not returned
