First I ordered from CupShe an online retailerI was hesitate that I would not received my products in time for an upcoming tripI looked up the shipping time on thier site and it says anywhere from 4-daysI waited a week and never got confirmation of anythingI then logged into the site to find that my order still had not been fulfilledI proceeded to email CupShe customer ServiceThey sent me an automated message saying if I would like a refund to request oneI filled out the form for a refund and they stated "someone will contact you shortly" Well a week and half later they sent me the same automated messageNo response, No refundAbsolutely terrible customer serviceI now am out $and also do not have the items I wished to purchase through this siteI then email back to the automated message for the THIRD time explaining that I have already requested a refund and have not be returned my moneyI now am writing here in hopes to grab thier attention and warn fellow

I purchased three bathing suits from the online website cupshe January 16th for $ The bathing suits were charged to my card but I received no confirmation email I used the email I used in the past when purchasing the bathing suits and when I contacted Cupshe, they said there was no order from the email I provided and then I tired to log in with the email I always use and it said that my email was invalid I am really not happy because I really like the bathing suits I ordered and I want themAt this point though, I just want my money back and to never order from Cupshe again

On 9/16/I placed an order with this merchant I never got a confirmation of an order # Emailed them 10/13/and got an auto message telling me to wait another 7-days Total of days my merchandise arrived Most of it didn't fit and I needed to return a few pieces They charged me $and every attempt I've made to contact this company has failedI want a refund for the merchandise that doesn't fit I still have the unworn items and it's impossible for me to return them because they didn't provide an order # or confirmation Called, emailed and keep getting the same auto-message Saw reviews on Revdex.com and wish I read them before my order I want a refund immediately and I'm calling my CC company as this is fraud I want to ship back the items ASAP! They need to update their return policy as they don't state a refund is for only HALF of what you purchased it for! Ordered $worth of merchandise from this business on August 30th, Still had not received the merchandise by September so I contacted the business to find out why the items had not been shipped and was told they had a warehouse problem and to contact them in another days if I hadn't received a confirmation tracking number for my shipped goodsI contacted them on the of September to tell them I never received my merchandise or a confirmation tracking number and was told again that they are looking into it but just in case to look at my spamI proceeded to ask for a refund but no replyI tried numerous times to call the constantly busy number they supplied for customer service only to get through and find out it was a fax number

First, I paid $dollars for express day delivery, and I did not receive my product for days, so I asked for the shipping cost to be refunded to me which the company refusedSecond, I returned of products purchased from the company in the amount of $I have a scanned copy of the refund document and photos of the returned products in their original packages unused that were mailed all together in one package to the companyThe package was tracked by USPSThe company confirmed receiving the package, but only refunded me in the amount of $for some reasonI would like my full refund for the products that I returnedI would also still like to receive a refund for the delivery promise I did not receive

I purchased two swim suits from this company online and asked for a return which they only do after contacting them through email and receiving approvalI contacted them several times stating I’d like to return the items for a full refund and after a few responses they stopped responding and have not given me an address to mail the items back toI can no longer reach anyone at the company and cannot return the items without further contact and a return addressI have done everything they asked for to return the items which do not fit and we’re made incorrectly including given them a reason as well as provide a picture of the item barcodes as stated in their online return policyI am incredibly unhappy with this service and only wanted to mail the items back and recieve my refundThis online site is a fraud and they force you to keep the items and steal your money by not responding to customer emails or online customer reviews

I order several shirts from this online company on 9/29/I was told then that to should receive my items within 4-daysOn 10/12/the items still did not shipI inquired about when and was told via email that it would be another daysI then filled out a return via their required process on 10/12/On 10/I received an email stating of the items had shippedI email them again asking why the would ship an item that I complexed a return forNo response I received an email yesterday stating my return was processed I would get a full returnI also filed a dispute with my credit card company because they had not refunded me my moneyBad business! I placed an order with CupShe for three bathing suits on Friday, July On Saturday, July I received an email from CupShe stating that "All of the items from order #*** have now been shipped" with "VIP Free Expedited Shipping 5-Days (AVG Days)." On Monday, July 9, the full payment for these items ($73.44) was drafted from my bank account There was nothing unusual up to that point It is now Wednesday, July and not only have my items not been shipped, nor have they arrived to my destination, but my online CupShe account is showing that the order was "paid" and "fulfilled," which is clearly has not!
In the twelve days that have now passed, I have sent five emails to someone named "Mon" to inquire about the status of my order The last of those emails was to demand a full refund for merchandise not received I have received vague responses from the customer service representative, including offering me a $voucher for future use and an excuse about how it's a busy
