I placed an online order from Cupshe.com on September 20, I did not recieve the items VIA mail after over a monthThe clothing smelled of mildew, & was not the quality I expected or was as advertisedThe return policy is returns are not possible after days, but it took that long to recieve themI requested a return/refund, and was deniedI would like to return the inferior items & recieve a 100% refund
I would like a full refund for my order #*** in the full amount of $ I was told I could not be refunded the full amount and to keep the suits that do not fit me I also will not be paying for shipping to send them back as I have heard the company doesn’t not provide return labels I also had another order *** in the total amount of $I placed on June 3rd that I have yet to receive or get any response as to where my order is

I purchased a product (a dress) online from Cupshe on September 9th At the time the dress was on pre-order In my confirmation e-mail I was told the following, "Please allow us with 1-days to process items and then ship them soon.Please reach out to Cupshe soon without receipt of shipping confirmation in days after you receive an order confirmation." I followed up by e-mail on September 14th after receiving no shipping confirmation and was given the following response, "It is our wish to make fast delivery; however, we are adjusting our US warehouses due to a large volume of items than expectedIs it possible to accord us several days? We will ship your items soon
If you haven't received shipping confirmation in the email address you registered on our website in business days and don't want to wait any longer, please tell us and we will cancel it for you." On September 25th I requested an update on my order and was told that they were out of stock and again asked to wait "
I placed an order with CupShe on September I approved payment via *** was quick to email me that CupShe had charged me $for my order, however I have yet to receive anything but promotional emails from them, no confirmation of my order, no tracking number, etcI have attempted to contact them via email through *** to inquire about my purchase and when I should expect it to arrive, and the only response I've gotten is,:

I ordered swim suits on 6/15/Upon receiving them they did not fit even though I used the size guides on the Cupshe websiteThat is when I first figured out that Cupshe is in China not New Jersey as their website claimsBecause of that I could only communicate with one email per dayEventually I agreed to accept a coupon for new suits in place of getting a refund, as I desperately needed suits for my upcoming trip I was fine with thatOn 7/3/I used the coupon to order new suits in a larger sizeIn addition I ordered a 3rd suit which was on clearanceThe coupon specifically states it cannot be used on clearance items, so I used my own money to pay the $19.99,for that suitOn 7/6/I sent an email to check on the status of my order because I still had not received a tracking numberThat night while I was sleeping I received a response stating that the sale suit (Broken Ocean one piece) I paid for with my own money was no longer in stock and one of the options available
I placed an order with CupShe for three bathing suits on Friday, July On Saturday, July I received an email from CupShe stating that "All of the items from order #*** have now been shipped" with "VIP Free Expedited Shipping 5-Days (AVG Days)." On Monday, July 9, the full payment for these items ($73.44) was drafted from my bank account There was nothing unusual up to that point It is now Wednesday, July and not only have my items not been shipped, nor have they arrived to my destination, but my online CupShe account is showing that the order was "paid" and "fulfilled," which is clearly has not!
In the twelve days that have now passed, I have sent five emails to someone named "Mon" to inquire about the status of my order The last of those emails was to demand a full refund for merchandise not received I have received vague responses from the customer service representative, including offering me a $voucher for future use and an excuse about how it's a busy

They respond slowly to emails, but respond quickly at their reviewsOn February 7, 2018, I placed an order for a SMALL sized Cupshe Paint My Dream Halter One-Piece Swimsuit in grey and February 21, 2018, I received the package but the size is a MEDIUMI really need the small ASAP for an upcoming trip, so it's really disappointing that I waited the weeks to receive the wrong sizeOrder #Fix it, or PayPal and the Revdex.com will fix it for you; I don't careI will not sit and be ignored when this was your mess upI clearly ordered a SMALL and you sent a MEDIUM, it's an easy exchange and I shouldn't have to wait another weeks to receive a replacement or to get a responseI have screenshots of everything(^^^This is what I was telling the company.)

They finally responded and they wanted me to keep the swimsuit and give me $back OR give me a $store creditTurned them down, said I want my actual money and I no longer want to shop with them seeing how they do business(If they mess up my order I use the credit for, there's no refund)
Then they said they can either give me a $store credit or I keep the swimsuit and they refund $or I can return it and pay for shippingI told them I'm not paying for something that I didn't mess upAnd I don't want to shop with themAnd I workout days a week so I'm not going to fit into a mediumThen they asked me to "repeal" my reviews on FB and SiteJabber and I can get a full refund!
I told him I won't delete my reviews, but I'll update to say they solved my issueThis wasn't enough, I had to go through PP to get my money back and because of their lies, they wanted me to pay shipping back to CHINA, luckily, PP helped me out because they saw the extremities I went through with these people and how long I've been with PP and NEVER had issuesPlease stay away from CupShe! It isn't worth the stress!
Oh and even though I sent them a picture of the actual swimsuit having an M for Medium, they still said it was a Small because the packing had an S on itYeah, they will do anything to keep the moneyThey can't admit when they are wrong and will try to bribe you to give you a full refund because they rather give partial refunds or store credits! And if you shop with their store credits and they mess up again? You can NOT get a refund or exchange or even complain about the itemI have emails of PROOF!

Much like other reviews have mentioned, customer service is non existent I've been trying to return swim suits and have followed their "easy" return instructions online by sending an email Waited DAYS and never heard back I also sent them a direct message via Facebook and again, DAYS and never heard back Maybe they are too busy fulfilling orders and have nobody working on returns?! I wouldn't order from them again

I ordered three bathing suits from this company and checked to make sure that they had a return policy since I was not positive on the sizes I was orderingTheir website states that returns and exchanges can be made as long as you send all information to the email address they provideI received the bathing suits and unfortunately two of them did not fit properly but I later decided to make one work and just return the one due to how long it is taking to return I emailed them and provided them with all the information they asked for and they replied the next day asking for the same information and offering me a coupon instead of my money backI have emailed this company three more times and have not gotten any responses back
Terrible customer service! I’ve been calling, emailing, and trying to chat them for a week and zero responseThey don’t mind taking your money but don’t try to make a return
