I ordered a swimsuit in the correct sizeIt arrived in a relatively decent amount of time, along with an additional suit I did not orderThe one I had ordered was significantly too short, making it indecentI contacted the company to return the suitsAfter several days, I was given options for store credit for a portion of the priceI was finally able to get to the "full refund" option, but was told I would need to pay to return the item I was returning, and they refused to refund return shipping for the incorrect item shipped to me because "they didn't ship it to me."

Ordered a suit more than days ago (average shipping was 10-12) numerous emails inquiring about the status of the order (confirmation emailAFTER payment received...only stated a shipping label has been createdReceive same generic responsesFinally called FedEx, confirmed they never received package to shipsent another emailand now saying another days with no tracking informationThis company has the worst customer service and is not trust worthyWHAT COMPANY DOESNT HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER??

Submitting a return with Cupshe has been a terrible experienceThey are obviously spending all of their money on online and social network marketing and very little on customer serviceI purchased one bathing suitIt was poorly made (threads were dangling off it and the bra cups were dented and could not be smoothed out) and didn't fitI emailed the company with all necessary informationThey provide the ridiculous - 50% refund but you get to keep the bathing suit you don't want or a 100% coupon to get another bathing suit that also seems to have high odds of being terrible that you cannot returnI asked how to get a 100% refundThey gave me a 100% couponI'm on day of trying to return this item and I can see that it won't be getting easierI wish I had read these reviews before orderingNowhere on their website does it state that all returns will be at the buyers expense and will take days of bartering with their customer service dept

I placed an order (#***) with Cupshe on 12/and paid for 3-day shippingWithin a few hours I got an email asking for me to send my address and the SKU numbers of everything I orderedI thought that was fishy so I replied and asked to cancel my order (the website says you can cancel orders if you do so before the order ships)The next day I got an email saying I couldn't cancel my order because the items had shippedI asked for the tracking number and a few days later they sent one...which showed the order had been processed for shipping on 12/I asked again for the order to be cancelled since the order hadn't shipped when I asked for the cancellationI was told I had to refuse the package and then a refund would be processedIt's now the 26th and, according to the tracking number, the order still hasn't shippedI can't refuse a package that isn't sent and the company is refusing to refund my moneyThis evening I chatted with customer service and was told the package

I ordered bikinis from Cupshe that were shipped on 6/8/Prior to ordering the bikinis, I checked their website for their return policy, which states that you can email them to process a return and you get a "refund or coupon"Nowhere does it state that you are not entitled to a cash refund for a returnThe products arrived on Saturday, and I am unhappy with the quality I promptly e-mailed them Sunday requesting a return, and I received a response stating that they can give me store crediti I rejected their offer for store credit because I do not trust their productsI then received another e-mail, which I have copied and pasted below:
We can offer up to 40% partial refund of your return items value with no need of returning the items
We can also offer you a store credit 120% of your return items value to make another purchase, samely, no need to return the items
I do not know what they mean by this, because I simply want to return the items for a 100%refund

The CUPSHE website is completely misleading/untruthful about returnsThe webpage, https://www.cupshe.com/pages/return-policy, clearly states that returns are not only possible, but "easy." While trying to return suits (I kept 2), the email I received in return offered either a $coupon code or $refund, with no need to return the suitsThe suits totaled over $and I certainly did not need to buy any more suitsThe email was riddled with english mistakes and provided me no other options for return

My account was drafted but I have never received the items purchased I have sent emails in regards to the order but keep getting the run around

I purchased bathing suit sets from CupsheI ordered all of them in a size smallThe sets came in and they were clearly way larger than a smallI tried on the suits and they suits were literally swimming on meI contacted the company and asked for a refundI received an email that state that the suits were on clearance and they have a no return policy on these itemsI went back and looked through my invoice as well and the site to see if this was the case and it was NOTNone of the suits I ordered were on clearance and it was not indicated any where that there was a no return policy on these suitsThis is what I received from the company:

I purchased a swimsuit from this website on February 25, It took weeks to come in, and when I emailed the company, I kept getting automated replies over and over again The suit finally came in, and it did not fitSo, I emailed them about how to go about returning the itemThis went on for weeks, with once again, only automated replies to my multiple emails Finally, I was able to get an address to send the item back It's now been about two weeks, and I have yet to receive the credit back on my card for the return I emailed yesterday to ask about the return status, which to no avail I found a phone number for the company, but it only goes straight to voicemail I would just like to be refunded for my returnThis company has the worst customer service, actually they have no customer service at allI would never purchase anything from this company again
