I bought two items from Cupshe over two months agoI received the items and they were of horrible qualitySo I immediately sent them back for a refundI monitored the package tracking number to make sure that it arrived and it didI didn't hear from Cupshe after a week and so I sent an email asking them to confirm if they had received the package or notThey told me that they would send me a "refund notification" via email when they processed the refund but that it may take 10-days to show up on my credit cardI still have not received a "refund notification" from Cupshe which leads me to believe that they have not begun to process it and now it's been over a month since I sent the items backI have emailed them several times without receiving any help or clarification as to what is going on with my refundThey owe me $

I am attempting to contact Cupshe to for an exchange/refundThe website states I must contact their customer service for refunds and exchangesI attempted to contact them through email twice as well as ***I have heard nothing back, therefore I am unable to do the return and exchange

Made an online order Money was promptly taken out of my account, but tracking number they gave me indicated goods never left China Multiple emails went unanswered from the company, and there was no direct contact number for customer service The phone number listed on their instagram page is not a real phone number This company essentially stole my money as they supplied me with no goods, nor any viable means of communication

I placed an order on Oct11, 2016, for a clothing item I never received a confirmation or email receipt for my order but the monies were withdrawn from my checking account on 10/11/ I have tried to contact CUPSHE through phone @###-###-#### no answer, chat service is currently down, the email *** is not a valid address I found CUPSHE on Pentrest and thought it would be a trusted site but I was completely wrong! How can I get my monies refunded?

This has been the worst experience at a online storeI have recently been dealing with a girl named Catherine about my order statusShe has not helped me one bitShe has been extremely unhelpful and honestly very rude and incompetent with dealing with my orderI am normally very forgiving with things like this but when you have spent $dollars at a store you expect to be given the right treatment in fixing the problem I am very frustrated as she told me to contact my carrier about this issueIn the past when I have ordered from other company's they have bent over backwards to satisfy their customers needsI have never heard of the customer contacting the carrier as this is the company's job to do I have had trouble with my order being deliveredI have asked several times for the carriers name that you useI have contacted UPS, USPS, FED EX and my item does not exist with them so who is the carrier that your company uses because I have still not received my items that I orderedThis company has done nothing to help with the problem

After receiving specific directions as to how to send back product, the company reordered, and sent the same items to me againAfter multiple emails, they gave me an address to send the items back to for a full creditI've reached out to the company via email times, but it continues to send the same response "customer service no longer handles the emails from customers who return productMerchandise department handles." The problem is, I ask how to contact that department, but I get the same responseI want my money back, but know one can check the status on my returnI called the number shown on their web page, but it's a bum number

Cupshe have advertised their products online for a while now, and I decided to order a top with themI wish I had read fellow customers' reviews before doing soThey did not send any confirmation email when I placed the order, and are impossible to get a hold of via telephone or emailMany other customers have said they are billed immediately but receive either no product/ the product months later, and if they have issues with it, it becomes impossible to return because, as I mentioned, no one replies to confirm the procedure for returning and refunding itemsMoreover, because of the lack of confirmation email there is no proof of purchase [although I will get a print out from my bank detailing the payment taken and I have the screen shot of my order page.]
I have included the link to both their facebook page with many user complaints and an official reviews page, which suggests that although this company is listed as being in NJ, that it may infact be running via ChinaI lived

Ordered products and was charged but they never sent anything

I purchased two swim suits from this companyWhen I did so, I was sure to check the website for their return policies so that I could return them if they didn't fitNowhere on the website does it say that the customer is responsible for paying return shippingIn fact, the return page of the website intentionally makes it seem as though all you need to do is email customer service and they will give you what you need to send it backUpon requesting a return, I was offered a coupon instead, which I deniedThe customer service agent told me to send it back within 3-business days and that I would have to pay for shipping (they also respond to my emails in the middle of the night so I cannot see them until the next day)When I explained the above to her she said they just "don't offer shipping service for the type of return"When I asked for a phone number to talk to someone she told me that they "don't offer telephone counseling"Every phone number I've found for this company is

I ordered an article of clothingPaid for it have never received itChecked on order through website, stated item is in Transit from China! And ever since I ordered from this site, I have had attempts to hack into my email from China! It sounds like this is a common problem but I ordered two swimsuits, paid for six day shipping, and never received them The tracking information said that they could not verify my address and were "trying to contact" me, however I called and emailed multiple times to verify my address Nobody I talked to was helpful and it was very hard to get a reply This company is such a scam!

The refund policy listed on the company website is very confusing and misleadingI read over before I made my purchase to make sure I could return it for a refund, not just store creditHowever, I was offered full store credit or 50% refundTheir return policy does not clearly state they do not provide full refundsThis is the only part of their return policy that is supposed to express this:
If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable

I order dollars worth of product from Cupshe on September 7th I contacted them several times about not receiving my package yet They said it was on back order and would ship as soon as they would get a new shipment in I finally received the package on October 13th I was very unhappy with the materials They were poorly made, didn't fit and didn't look like what I ordered I went online the say day to request a refund and return the items The company wouldn't allow me to because it said it was past they policy of days from my order, but I didn't get the package until days after my order I tired e-mailing the company and haven't received a response and I tried calling and left a message with no reply

I ordered items from Cupshe.com on January 16, I received one of the items about a week later The rest of the items have not been delivered I have emailed them on numerous occasions and have tried notifying them by phone On their site they refer you to a company called *** You can either email them or call them, they are located in the *** *** area Nothing states on their site that they are located in New Jersey To date, they have yet to contact me either by phone or email I have been tracking the order for several weeks now, and it says the same thing everyday A matter of fact, one of the items, it reports, is at my Post Office I called my Post Office and they have nothing from Cupshe They did take my money as soon as I ordered the items I have tried asking for the money back but to no avail, they won't return my phone calls or email me back Through Facebook, I found that there were many, many women who have written horrible things about this

TERRIBLE Customer Service!! I paid for expedited shipping and my product is no where to be foundI reached out to the customer service team and they told me to "check my local post offices because it says it was delivered." As a customer I should not have to research where my my order is, they should be able to tell me exactly where it isNot to mention that when I did try to search for it, the tracking number is not a valid number to any logistics company and their tracking system is downI have emailed them two more times and still have not received a responseI ordered a WEEK ago and paid for day delivery and still do not have the packageI would strongly advise that you do not order from this company

This company is an unethical business and should not be selling products onlineA simple google search shows 1000's of bad reviews in regard to their return policy and lack of customer serviceI hope that the Revdex.com is investigatingI have notified my credit card company and they have reimbursed my account for the purchaseI encourage others to go through their credit card companies and they will be able to force Cupshe out of business

I placed an order with this company, and the same day, they told me that nothing in my order was still in stock I asked for a refund, and the customer service agent signed off immediately after I filed a dispute with my bank, but they turned me down I've received an email from Cupshe saying they will refund me, but I haven't received a refund, and it has been over days since I placed the order I am requesting my refund be paid to me since I did not receive any of my order I've contacted my bank, and they verified that I can be refunded, and tried to contact Cupshe, but have not heard back from them

I ordered my item on 1/19/As of 2/5/17, it has not arrivedThe tracking number provided is vague and only lists sorting facility without a specific locationCompany asked for my order number to look into where my shipment was but they have not returned with any information

My wife ordered bathing suits through this companyIt seemed ok until trying to return a number of itemsTheir return policies are all handled by email and are very confusingOn the website it says that you have days to return or exchange any itemHowever, when you email them they tell you that you have to days from the delivery date to return the itemsAnd it takes to days to get through what seems like a negotiation process to return or exchange the items, and finally get them to give you an address to send the merchandise
