I feel like this company is a scam, I ordered something from them on their website weeks ago ($order) and never received a confirmation email, although they did charge my cardI've been trying to call their number and it's not workingI emailed them different times and haven't heard backI also looked on their *** page and it's covered in complaints about not receiving products or hearing back from their customer serviceI just want to make sure that they get what they deserve if they are indeed scamming everyone

I placed an order with this company, and the same day, they told me that nothing in my order was still in stock I asked for a refund, and the customer service agent signed off immediately after I filed a dispute with my bank, but they turned me down I've received an email from Cupshe saying they will refund me, but I haven't received a refund, and it has been over days since I placed the order I am requesting my refund be paid to me since I did not receive any of my order I've contacted my bank, and they verified that I can be refunded, and tried to contact Cupshe, but have not heard back from them

I need to return two unworn swimsuits to cupshe I specified which two products I needed return and the reason for the return (sizing)Instead of returning the two items they stated "A $store credit can be offered for you to exchange the right size or buy another style if you like, with no need for you to send the item back"There return policy clearly states
Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping
Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in days after delivery
Items can be returned or exchanged generally for any reason, quality or size problems or other reasons accepted by our customer service
Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged
As to bikinis, we only accept returning whole set of bikinis,both top and bottom, not one part
Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged (except for damaged or wrong items)
If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon app

I have contacted them through email, through their website, through Instagram and Facebook with no customer service responseI need to make this return and receive my money back for these products

I have attempted contact with Cupshe customer service several times regarding returning my order They have a responded once or twice with a fuzzy response asking why I want to return I have emailed them almost daily explaining that both items in the order are poor quality and don't fit correctly I can not get a response and the website isn't clear on returns Now I'm seeing several reviews online about this company being a scam-- that they don't respond to requests to return items

I placed an order for an item and this company charged my *** account and immediately posted to my account I never received a receipt, a tracking order or a confirmation of purchase with a reasonable expectation for time I may receive said item
I sent a total of emails and received a bogus, generic response I never received a tracking number per my request I would have asked for a refund, yet I lack the information from them that would be necessary to do so

On 9/17/an order I placed was charged to my bank card Since then I have not received a confirmation e-mail, an order number, a tracking number, nor has the item been received I e-mailed the company through their website to ask for the order number as that's required on their site to track an order The response I received was in broken English and did not make too much sense The second e-mail I received on 9/22/promised a response in days, to which I have not received any response and today is 9/27/ As of today I have no confirmation that the money I paid is for an item I will receive When I called their phone number today it rang twice and then a tone like a voicemail tone and that was it I believe this is potentially fraud advertising and collecting money without sending the product in return I personally found their website through an ad on ***

I orderd from this company recently and I actually had a great experience!! contrary to all the negative reviews, I went with the few good ones I saw and just went for itthe shipping was quick got it within a week of orderingi had to return a suit, emailed them and they got back to me before the day was over super easy process! don't even have to go through the hassle to send back the suit! I chose the cupshe coupon option which covered my new replacement suitso far the quality feels really nice, the one I cant use is just too small and that's my own errori would definitely recommend this company! quick response from customer service, and so far, nice quality stuff for less $ than what you can get at target! thumbs up!
