I would like to make a return to this company, which is listed on their website : ***
I have contacted them through email, through their website, through Instagram and Facebook with no customer service responseI need to make this return and receive my money back for these products
I only bought from this company expecting my abillity to make a returnI have not heard from anyone regarding my return and need to move forward

I purchased multilple bathing suites and non of them fit They said they would refund my money and now I have not been able to get in touch with them I have sent over emails to their refund department, none have been answered This is ridiculous.,..poor quality and no contact regarding refunds They were quick to take my money though This is criminal and I am not going to let this go unanswered NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE/WEBSITE

Emailed company to return multiple items and was told they would only refund 50% or give an 80% creditI chose the 50% refund and the company has not refunded the money despite follow up inquiries

I placed an order for an item and this company charged my *** account and immediately posted to my account I never received a receipt, a tracking order or a confirmation of purchase with a reasonable expectation for time I may receive said item
I sent a total of emails and received a bogus, generic response I never received a tracking number per my request I would have asked for a refund, yet I lack the information from them that would be necessary to do so

I orderd from this company recently and I actually had a great experience!! contrary to all the negative reviews, I went with the few good ones I saw and just went for itthe shipping was quick got it within a week of orderingi had to return a suit, emailed them and they got back to me before the day was over super easy process! don't even have to go through the hassle to send back the suit! I chose the cupshe coupon option which covered my new replacement suitso far the quality feels really nice, the one I cant use is just too small and that's my own errori would definitely recommend this company! quick response from customer service, and so far, nice quality stuff for less $ than what you can get at target! thumbs up!

I have attempted contact with Cupshe customer service several times regarding returning my order They have a responded once or twice with a fuzzy response asking why I want to return I have emailed them almost daily explaining that both items in the order are poor quality and don't fit correctly I can not get a response and the website isn't clear on returns Now I'm seeing several reviews online about this company being a scam-- that they don't respond to requests to return items

On 9/17/an order I placed was charged to my bank card Since then I have not received a confirmation e-mail, an order number, a tracking number, nor has the item been received I e-mailed the company through their website to ask for the order number as that's required on their site to track an order The response I received was in broken English and did not make too much sense The second e-mail I received on 9/22/promised a response in days, to which I have not received any response and today is 9/27/ As of today I have no confirmation that the money I paid is for an item I will receive When I called their phone number today it rang twice and then a tone like a voicemail tone and that was it I believe this is potentially fraud advertising and collecting money without sending the product in return I personally found their website through an ad on ***

Cupshe does not follow their posted return policyThe return policy, from their website, states:

August - I purchased bikinis (Small & Medium) and neither fit me properlyI asked for a return and this is the email I received from them:
"Thanks for making this purchase at Cupshe, we are so sorry that this product failed to satisfy youWe offer two solutions that could be of help here:
We can offer up to 40% partial refund of your return items value with no need of returning the itemsWe can offer you a store credit 70% of your return items value to make another purchase, samely, no need to return the items."
Nowhere in their return policy did they mention only partial return feesNow they are not replying to my emails

I feel like this company is a scam, I ordered something from them on their website weeks ago ($order) and never received a confirmation email, although they did charge my cardI've been trying to call their number and it's not workingI emailed them different times and haven't heard backI also looked on their *** page and it's covered in complaints about not receiving products or hearing back from their customer serviceI just want to make sure that they get what they deserve if they are indeed scamming everyone

I need to return two unworn swimsuits to cupshe I specified which two products I needed return and the reason for the return (sizing)Instead of returning the two items they stated "A $store credit can be offered for you to exchange the right size or buy another style if you like, with no need for you to send the item back"There return policy clearly states
Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping

Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged
As to bikinis, we only accept returning whole set of bikinis,both top and bottom, not one part
Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged (except for damaged or wrong items)
If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon app

I placed an order from Cupshe September 29th and have not received my order They charged my credit card the very next dayI have attempted to call them several times to only get a fax machine I have emailed several times and have not received a response I have checked the website for order tracking but it says there is no information found

I placed an order on 5/31/I paid for delivery in 5-business daysI messaged them this past Tuesday because I have not gotten a shipping notification and My credit card was charged on June 2ndThey say give them hours to respond and they still have notTried to call the number on order confirmation and all it says is no one is available at this timeIts not a business message or anything
