I ordered three articles of clothing from cupshe.comAll three were too smallI emailed cupshe.com well within their required timeframe to submit a returnI asked for guidance on their return process and an address to send my items toI did not get an answerI received a response but no guidance or return addressSince my first email, I have sent four more emails and left a voicemailI still do not have any guidance from cupshe on how or where to return my items
I placed my order 2/3/and requested to return it 3/2/ They gave a nonsensical response on 3/2/asking if I had a question about shipping I again stated I needed instructions to return an item They then sent an email asking me to, "list the product names you desire to returnProducts such as quality, size or color problems, remember to take a photo of the barcode on the plastic bag (to optimize future production), and also a photo of the product about where goes wrong..." So, odd and cumbersome, but I complied with the photo requirement They now will not respond on how to return the item
Order a halloween sweatshirt 10/4/and my credit card was charged on 10/5/The company never sent a conformation email for my orderWhen I attempted to contact the company days later they stated the shirt was out of stock, and I would have to wait 7-daysIf product was out of stock they should have indicated soIt should not take months to recieve an order that they recieved the funds forI still haven't received an order number to even cancel this order with them

I order a swimsuit from the companies website on July 8th as a birthday gift to myself which was on the 23rd I waited and waited then finally on July 26th contacted Cupshe support They responded on Aug 1st stating they lost my package At this point I became frustrated because no one contacted me about my lost package They gave me a code to then go on their website to order another swimsuit for the same amount I purchased the 1st one for Mind you the money had been drafted from my bank account on July8th I tried and tried to use the code they gave me but it wouldn’t and doesn’t work I contacted their support team again to advise even sent a screen shot saying the code was invalid The response I got back was that the code should work I kept trying but it still didn’t work I’m not getting anywhere with this company and I have asked for my money back but I’m not getting anywhere with their support team

I purchased swimsuits in early December and they did not fit correctly so I contacted the company per the website return/refund instructions and emailed the address provided on December 7th The person that emailed me back was Vicky and she offered me three options, a store credit worth the amount of both bathing suits without returning, a refund in the amount of $which is a little more than the cost of both bathing suits without returning the bathing suits, or I could return the bathing suits and get a full refund I opted for returning the bathing suits for a full refund A refund request form was sent to me via email to fill out and include in the package as well as an address to send the return I did as requested I shipped the bathing suits back and waited patiently for weeks and hadn't heard anything I emailed Vicki checking on the status and she had asked me for a tracking number I had a receipt from USPS and listed the label number but when she tried to use it,

The website would not accept a PO Box because it was supposed to be delivered by FedEx However, FedEx delivered it to the US Post Office and they returned it to sender The website does not have a phone number I sent multiple emails but no one ever helped me I called the phone number listed on Revdex.com and it was disconnected I just want to cancel my order and not be charged for something I never received What a scam!!

The real issue happened when the order fully arrivedAll items were not as advertisedNone of the products were consistent with descriptions - none were consistent with the *fake* reviewsAfter inquiring a few times about where I could ship all items back for a full refund, no response was given
I found one website that said you could ship the items to a warehouse but that most customers recieve NO refund back for returned items as it is up to the company's discretionUpon further research, I now realize this website is a complete scamIt came to fruition this year, and I have other girlfriends that have bought items - they were not as advertised - and have tried to return them with no avail
