I have ordered two things from this company and have paid for them both when ordering (through ***) One order was placed in AUGUST and the other in September I haven't received either one I'm beginning to think that it is a bogus company and has just collected the money with no intension of mailing the products
DO NOT BUY unless you are a tiny girl and know that everything is flattering on youI was trying to return suits I purchasedMy return options were 50% refund and keep the product or keep the suits with 120% credit back in my account for purchase of more suits they probably won't fit meHaven't heard back from the company to get credit
They advertise “free” and/or easy returns, but actually will not take returns on anything that was discounted by any amount, no matter how smallTheir return policy does aaunin the fine print of you seek it out “no returns on sale or clearance”, BUT on each item (including sale or discounted items) if you click on the “returns” tab, it says “items can be easily returned within Days”
I ordered (and was charged) for product on Sept 4, I shortly received an email confirming my order and the charge to my personal accountHowever, within the next week or so, I did NOT receive an email confirming shipmentTherefore, I contacted Customer Service on Sept 15, to which the employee responded not to worry there was a "bug" in their system that hindered the ability for me to receive an email regarding shipment and that if my order hadn't arrived by the 18th, to let them knowIt is days past, still no package (although they were so quick to charge my account)I checked their website that allows "tracking" of your orderWhen I searched my order number, IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN FILLEDIf the company does not honor a refund voluntarily after lying to me, I have decided to dispute the charges on my cardAfter more research on the company, I am finding out they have done this to numerous customers several of which NEVER received a refund or productThis is a compan

Last February 7, I purchased swimwears from cupshe.com and paid thru my *** accountI ordered a medium size since upon the description of the item amd comparing to my body stats im a mediumHowever when it arrived, I tried it on and it was way too bigSo I went to cupshe.com website and contacted them thru email 7x and have no response and also contacted them thru *** and was unsuccesfulI just wanted to exchange it to small but since theyre not responding I wanted to return it and get my money backThe product was unworn and still with tags onI tried it wearing an undergarmentInvoice ID was *** and total paid was $
I purchased suits from Cupshe for $This included a 10% discount they advertise for first time buyers and shipping was freeI bought suits, assuming I would only like a few and return the restI checked their return policy as stated on their website before purchasingIt states: "Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shippingEasy to initiate a refund or exchange in days after delivery...Items must be returned unwashed and undamagedIf customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable." So I received my order within a week and decided to return suitsI emailed the company to initiate the refundThey do not give you a prepaid label for returnsYOU MUST RETURN ITEMS AT YOUR EXPENSEThis process of emailing them took about daysThere is a lag with emails times and it becomes apparent through communications of broken English that this is an overseas companyThey initially try to get you to accept "a coupon offer." So basically they want you to keep the suits you don't want and you'll get a coupon for more suits?! I kept insisting for a full refund which they finally agreed to doThe suits I was returning were bought at a total of $They only refunded me $"because a coupon was used." So I got some cheap suits that I like but beware that items are not easily returned and not fully refunded

*** *** In the future I would recommend sending out a email within a day or two explaining the status of the order, it may help with problems in the future. If I had been notified up front of the situation I can guarantee I would of never taken it this far. ***
I ordered a jacket from Cupshe on Aug.24th,2016.Paid with ***.They received payment same day.It"s been days no merchandise,no shipping confirmation.Contacted them by e-mail 9-22-asking for refund.still no refund,or merchandise.It's never been shipped
Beware! I ordered a swimsuit The order page ask you for your shipping address, which I filled out They totally ignored the shipping address and sent the swimsuit to my PayPal address, which is not the same as my shipping address When I tried to contact them, they sent me a canned response, which basically said "you're out of luck" and contact us when you get the swimsuit Lesson learned, I'm pretty sure I'll never receive the swimsuit
