AWFUL experience is an understatementI ordered swimsuits with them on March 4, When I realized that it would take days to ship to me, I emailed them immediately after placing my order to request a cancellation of my orderI received an automated reply that wasn't even pertinent to the presenting complaintI replied and again received an automated replyThis happened for multiple emails to no availI then received shipping confirmation for my orderI replied to this email and continued to get automated repliesI FINALLY received an email on the 10th of March, that addressed my request to cancel, but she said my package had been processed by the carrier and cannot be cancelledWell it's March 21st, and I still do not have my suits or my money backTracking still says it's awaiting arrival to the shipping carrierEmailed them multiple more times and always received automated responsesReceived an email from them today on the 21st asking me to review my purchase, but I still have yet to receive my order or even have it delivered to the shipperSO basically they just took my money and ran with itWORST EXPERIENCE EVERDO NOT BUY

I ordered bathing suits, each in different sizesOnly of them fit me, so I initiated an online return on June 16, which was within the day requirement set forth by the return policy on the Cupshe websiteHowever, customer service did not respond to my email with the supposed return slip until June Upon reading the email, I discovered that I was only being offered a 50% refund or 80% store creditThis is NOT the policy listed on the website; this is advertising, a FRAUD and a huge scamI proceeded to read hundreds of reviews and complaints by angry customers onlinePlease shut this business down and get me a refund

I place an order on Cupshe.com around September 23, The money, in the amount of $45.03, was withdrawn from my account on September 26, I never received an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, nothing from the company
I reached out to them October 8, asking for the email confirmation of my order along with a status update on my order I received what looks like a standard response from them saying check your junk mail I already that but there's nothing from them It also gives a link to ask for a refund but it requires and order number that I don't have because I never received it from them
I have since reached out to them two more times and have not received any response from them

I ordered a swim suit from this company that guaranteed returns if the item was unused This is directly from their website
"Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in days after delivery

As to bikinis, we only accept returning whole set of bikinis,both top and bottom, not one part."
Unfortunately they will not respond to my emails or refund my money as the swim suit does not fit properly

On Sept 13th I ordered two shirts from cupshe.com I received my order confirmation the same day & my credit card was charged on Sept 14th The order confirmation email said if I didnt receive confirmation of shipment with days to contact them 7-days after I placed my order, I sent them an email inquiring about the status On September 23rd, I was told the item was "likely" on back order and to allow them another 7-days I contacted them again on October 11th inquiring about my order & requesting an immediate response or refund On October 12th I received a generic automated response saying I may not have received confirmation for various reasons and provided a link if I wanted a refund I clicked the link and was told my order is over days old and no refunds or returns were allowed I emailed them again on October 15th and still have received no response

Placed order with cupshe weeks agoThey took money out of my account I have emailed cupshe and I have recieve emailed back with responses that makes no sense, useing misspelled words horrible English languageI have referred to the phone number that refers to prompt attention and the phone number just beeps when no one answering I have asked cupshe through emails to return my phone call giving them my phone number and they would not respond I asked that I just either get my money returned back to my account or for them to send me the product immediatelyThank you

I attempted to return multiple bathing suits from cupshe on 3/4/Initially they replied and requested that I provide them with lot of information about the items, including product names, reasons for returns, pictures of products, pictures of the barcodes on products, etcI provided the requested information on 3/They replied on 3/and asked for the same informationI resent this information on 3/and let them know that I had already sent thisSince then I have followed up multiple times and they did not reply to any of my requests to return and to find out what their return procedure is

Buyer Beware - This company is completely unresponsive to inquires, regardless of the topic It took forever to get my order Only one item was delivered and their website showed both items were delivered When I contacted them about second item I got no response I continued to email and received only canned answers Eventually the item was delivered, weeks laterI was dissatisfied with both items The fabric on the sleeveless dress is more like a material you would find in a nightgown The vintage dress has a strange cut causing the neckline to plunge halfway down my stomach Again, I sent communication regarding the return, expecting a return shipping label Instead I received another canned answer that said they would refund 1/my money and I could keep the dresses What a scam! The dresses are not 1/bad, they are all bad I don't want 1/my money, I want all of my money There is no address on their website for returns and they will no respond My next move is to turn them into the Attorney General's office because this is definitely not a reputable and above board company

I purchased clothing from Cupshe online on March 10, The items arrived month later and did not fitI attempted to contact the company on several attempts via email and phone numbers listed to return itemsno answer to calls and no response to email there was no receipt sent with items, but I noticed my account had been charged on March 10th phone numbers listed for this company are 1-*** from 8am to 1pm and 6pm- 11pm, 1-***email is [email protected]
