Living in *** I am picky with where I order from due to length of shippingIt statess that shipping will take days so I took the chance big mistake! After emailing to find out where my order was they tell me it’s shipping from overseas So why would I pay all that money for day delivery when a week later it’s still overseas!!!! My swimsuits will arrive when summer is over!

I placed an order with Cupshe in October I never received an email confirmation with an order #When I received the order, it did not have a packing slipI wanted to refund the items, but you need an order number to complete their refund process ***Multiple email attempts only resulted in a generic response telling how to do a refund (even though I was asking for my order number)Multiple phone call attempts were not answered because I believe they falsely claim to have phone support

This has got to be one of the worst companies for online ordering and customer serviceI have originally ordered online on Sept25, and my credit card was immediately charged I have yet to received a confirmation or order number I have contacted the Company several times by calling the customer service number and each time there is no answer I also sent several emails in which I get an automatic response that does not tell me the status of my shipment or a refund I finally had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute on the charge to my credit card since I have yet to receive the goodsI should have read the other reviews of this company to see what kind of Company this really is I will never be dealing with this Company again nor will I recommended this website to anyone else!
