My first two orders with this company have been outstanding experiencesMy first order arrived quickly and I loved everything I boughtThe second order also arrived quickly but I was not as fond of those suitsTheir customer service team was extremely responsive and probably THE kindest I’ve ever worked withI’m very happy with the refund policy

I ordered a size medium bathing suit from this company They sent a size small Their website contains no return instructions When you call the costumer service number you can only leave a voicemail and they have no called me back I tried to fill out the online form and it keeps saying error I sent them an email explaining my problem and they said they can not address my issue because the order has already been processed However, I ordered the correct size, they sent the wrong size, so I don't understand why they do not feel it is their responsibility to correct the issue

I purchase bathing suits from cupshe that I am yet to receivedwithin minutes of placing the order I noticed I put the incorrect addressI emailed them the correct address and ask they mail it therethey responded hrs later stating my order was already processed and for me to contact the carrier to update the addressI called the carrier and the told me they could not help me because the package was not physically in the facility and that only electronic information was senttherefore only the sender could update the addressI gave this information to cupshe and they said they were going to reach out o the carrierI followed the order and notice the address was still incorrect and attempted to follow up with them two other times with no successThe order showed delivered and asked me if I COUL GO TO THE OLD LOCATION TO PICK UP THE ORDERI attempted to call the leasing office to the old condos, they reached out to the current tenants who stated they didn't received the pac

I ordered three items from this companyTwo bathing suits and a sweaterThe sweater is okay quality, but it is a little snug and sits awkwardlyIt's as if some of the fabric is longer on one end than anotherThe bathing suits are a disasterThe top on one is shaped very awkwardly and has a cone appearance to the cupThe bottoms are extremely small and are made of thin fabricThe pattern does not match what is displayed eitherThe other bathing suit top is too large while the bottoms are extremely smallThere are also several loose strings on the bathing suit

This company is slimy and dishonestI ordered a swimsuit that didn't fit, so I requested an exchange for one size smallerThey responded with sketchy coupon and partial refund offers but would not provide a full refundTheir website clearly says "it's easy to initiate a return or exchange within days of delivery," which is complete garbageI've never dealt with an online retailer as shady and manipulative as Cupshe

Received an item that did not meet the measurements listed on the websiteAfter researching their return policy, I emailed a service representative to return my item and receive a refund per the sites requestAfter arguing with the representative for months about receiving a refund on the card that I paid with rather than receiving a coupon to use on their site and the possibility of keeping my item, I finally was given a label and instructions for shippingThey requested that I “offer” them the tracking number of my return package, but I did not receive one from my local post officeI explained this to the representative and she told me that they could not refund me without the tracking numberThey received the return items, but somehow couldn’t refund meSo I paid for an item that they have in possessionOverall, terrible customer service and return process

I submitted an express order on 01/and paid for express shipping
I then got an email advising their warehouse was under maintenance
I advised them right away if my order wasn't going to be shipped this week I wanted a refund immediately and my order cancelled
After reaching out to customer service MULTIPLE TIMES no one answered me!
I haven't received confirmation of shipping, my order or a refund
I tried calling no answer, I tried online chat no answer
SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN!!
Absolutely horrible customer service and my money is now stolen from them
I've read so many horrible reviews of people that have had the same issue and advising this company is a scam, I should have read those before I ordered

I received swimsuits that are way too long (the torso is made for a very tall person) and when requested information on returning it, they said I have two optionscredit for 120% of the cost to buy another product OR 50% refund and I wouldnt have to send the suit back even though their policy states you have days to returnThen it states anything you buy with the coupon cannot be returned!

I purchased items - after finding out they did not fit, I wanted to exchange one and return the otherThe return policy of this company requires the consumer to pay for shipping on all returns - that is not the problemIn order to get a shipping address, one must go back and forth through several emails where the person on the other end does everything they can to get the consumer to not return the itemsThey offer discount coupons, etc but you have to fight to get an address to ship any returnsOnce I finally received said address, I was told I would be refunded once the package arrived back to themThis has not happenedThe tracking number says the return was accepted at the address they providedI want my refund and I want shipping paid for - a total of $USD

I ordered three items from Cupshe.com on 9/16/and received only one item a full month later Still have not seen the other two itemsI have called, emailed, tried to live chat and there are no representatives to help meI receive the same generic response to my email request for helpI would like my items, but will take my money back and think all these complaints would cause them to stop doing business I receive their marketing emails frequently so I know they are still trying to get new customers but not honoring their confirmation of ordersCan you help?

I received an e-mail on March 20th, from cupshe stating that my package had shipped and would arrive in 7-business days I waited a couple days past that to contact the companyI contacted them via the contact options listed on their website; one being an e-mail and the other a phone numberI have sent approximately e-mails regarding this and have received no responsesI called the number listed and the number is not validThey also have a tracking option on the website where you can enter in your order numberI did this as well and of course, the order could not be foundI have been attempting to contact them over a time of weeks now and just want to be refunded the money that I spentMy order number is order ***
