I received swimsuits that are way too long (the torso is made for a very tall person) and when requested information on returning it, they said I have two optionscredit for 120% of the cost to buy another product OR 50% refund and I wouldnt have to send the suit back even though their policy states you have days to returnThen it states anything you buy with the coupon cannot be returned!

My first two orders with this company have been outstanding experiencesMy first order arrived quickly and I loved everything I boughtThe second order also arrived quickly but I was not as fond of those suitsTheir customer service team was extremely responsive and probably THE kindest I’ve ever worked withI’m very happy with the refund policy
I ordered a size medium bathing suit from this company They sent a size small Their website contains no return instructions When you call the costumer service number you can only leave a voicemail and they have no called me back I tried to fill out the online form and it keeps saying error I sent them an email explaining my problem and they said they can not address my issue because the order has already been processed However, I ordered the correct size, they sent the wrong size, so I don't understand why they do not feel it is their responsibility to correct the issue
I submitted an express order on 01/and paid for express shipping
I then got an email advising their warehouse was under maintenance
I advised them right away if my order wasn't going to be shipped this week I wanted a refund immediately and my order cancelled
After reaching out to customer service MULTIPLE TIMES no one answered me!

I tried calling no answer, I tried online chat no answer

I ordered $dollars worth of products from their website and they were never delivered in the mail When I first asked them when I could expect them to be delivered (since the tracking updated times in weeks) they told me to "be patient, your suits are on the way" fast forward another week, still no suits This is almost times the allotted time they said I would have my suits in, so I am done being patient and waiting My trip is in days, and I have nothing to wear I asked for a refund, they told me they can only give me a 50% refund Why should I be penalized for this company being a total scam and taking my money and never sending product? This company needs to be shut down immediately After doing more research on them, it has been found that I am one of hundreds that this has happened to This business is a total scam!
I ordered three items from this companyTwo bathing suits and a sweaterThe sweater is okay quality, but it is a little snug and sits awkwardlyIt's as if some of the fabric is longer on one end than anotherThe bathing suits are a disasterThe top on one is shaped very awkwardly and has a cone appearance to the cupThe bottoms are extremely small and are made of thin fabricThe pattern does not match what is displayed eitherThe other bathing suit top is too large while the bottoms are extremely smallThere are also several loose strings on the bathing suit

I purchased items - after finding out they did not fit, I wanted to exchange one and return the otherThe return policy of this company requires the consumer to pay for shipping on all returns - that is not the problemIn order to get a shipping address, one must go back and forth through several emails where the person on the other end does everything they can to get the consumer to not return the itemsThey offer discount coupons, etc but you have to fight to get an address to ship any returnsOnce I finally received said address, I was told I would be refunded once the package arrived back to themThis has not happenedThe tracking number says the return was accepted at the address they providedI want my refund and I want shipping paid for - a total of $USD
