I placed an order with Cupshe weeks ago and never received a confirmation nor did I receive my product after the amount of days I was supposed toThis is an extremely unreliable company and I just want my money back

I ordered a clothing item from CupsheI paid through ***The compnay received and accepted my paymentI never receivex an email confirmation or receipt for the product even though the site said an email would be sentI contacted the company several times regarding the issueI receivex an email stating that they would be contacting me within days to resolve the problem and the item would be shipped within daysIts been over a month and I still haven't received an email with a tracking number or the itemI requested a cancellation of order and full refund but I still cannot get a response from the company

After ordering a product from this websiteI was never given an email confirmation or an order numberMuliple weeks passed by and still no email confirmationI contacted the site but there has been no replyI also contacted them on their *** pageThere were also multiple complaints by other people on their *** page about the same issues I am havingThis site has terrible costumer service

Ordered clothing from their online site Cupshe.com and paid for order at the time the order was placed which was over a month agoThere is no tracking information available for my order yet my credit card was charged the day the order was placedI have attempted to contact them several times via email (they do not have any phone number listed) and received no response on the processing of my orderSince I have already paid my credit card bill for the amount of this purchase I was told by my credit card company to request a refund from the company which I did via email but again that email has only generated an automated response for how to "exchange" an order

This business is a complete scam!! They take your money in minutes but don't give you an order # You can't contact them by phone and when you send an email you get a generic reply asking you to wait longer I've read dozens of reviews all horrible except for a few fake good ones! These people must be making millions, I'm just wondering why they are being allowed to operate? Do they pay taxes? This is no different than selling fake stocks or anything else...This is illegal to scam people and a task force should be set up to do something about it!!

I ordered three items (before checking their reviews) from Cupshe It has been two weeks and no email or products I discovered a way to inquire about my items with my order number, and the product has not even shipped I have never received an email or anything detailing a backorder, out of stock....nothing When I went online to look up their reviews I found that many people have not received their merchandise either; even after a month for most Many have tried to call and email the company, as I have tried to do myself, and they don't get back to you and the phone just rings I will wait one more week, and then I will file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back if the items have not shipped by then In the meantime I am hoping there are enough complaints to seriously affect this company's business

This company shows its out of NJ I ordered bathing suits and they did not fit Tried to get in touch (they have no phone number) and had to email the company on SEVERAL occasions I finally get a response back They stated I could keep the suits and get 60% of my money back I stated NO, that I wanted a full refund They then stated I will have to mail them back on my own to a CHINA address So Let me pay to mail it back....This company is NOT located in NJ Beware Terrible customer service
