I purchased items online from cupshe.com about a week agoI have received no confirmation of my order and when I go online to track my order it only shows that it was ordered (not confirmed or shipped)I have attempted to contact the company via email, instant message (online feature on website) and call them Their instant message feature always states no one is available and the phone number rings and then has a loud ring after a few momentsMy credit has been charged but there are no signs that anyone is going to send me the items I ordered I believe this is an extremely fraudulent company

I ordered three items (before checking their reviews) from Cupshe It has been two weeks and no email or products I discovered a way to inquire about my items with my order number, and the product has not even shipped I have never received an email or anything detailing a backorder, out of stock....nothing When I went online to look up their reviews I found that many people have not received their merchandise either; even after a month for most Many have tried to call and email the company, as I have tried to do myself, and they don't get back to you and the phone just rings I will wait one more week, and then I will file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back if the items have not shipped by then In the meantime I am hoping there are enough complaints to seriously affect this company's business
