I purchased items online from cupshe.com about a week agoI have received no confirmation of my order and when I go online to track my order it only shows that it was ordered (not confirmed or shipped)I have attempted to contact the company via email, instant message (online feature on website) and call them Their instant message feature always states no one is available and the phone number rings and then has a loud ring after a few momentsMy credit has been charged but there are no signs that anyone is going to send me the items I ordered I believe this is an extremely fraudulent company

I requested a refund because the product I ordered was never deliveredCupshe refunded $to my *** account, but my total cost was $I sent an email asking when the remaining balance of $would be refunded and this is what they replied

I received my order on February The items did not fit and I need to return themI emailed them this request on Feb Their website states that they have an easy return processIt says that you need to email the company the order #, the description of product and pictures of the barcodes all of which I have doneI have received no response regarding the next stepThey only allow you to return for days and I am frankly nervous that I am never going to get a response or my money backI wish that I would have looked at their reviews prior to placing my order because it appears that several people are going through the same thingI hope that your organization can help with this!

I'm currently trying to receive a full refund from this company I purchased swimsuits and all of them had defects (missing breast pad, broken latches, disproportionate material, etc.) Based on this experience, I have no desire to exchange for another product - I just want a refund!
