This is the absolute worst online shopping, return and customer service experience I have EVER encounteredThey sell bathing suits, which obviously are going to have a high rate of return on when people are ordering online without trying on firstHowever, CUPSHE has managed to create the absolute most ridiculous and inconvenient return process possibleProblems with return process:
1) You have to provide your own return packaging as it is impossible to ship back in the platic bags that they arrive in2) You have to pay for your own return shipping and also provide them with a tracking number which incurs an extra fee3) You have to take a picture of EVERY SINGLE BARCODE FROM EVERY PIECE YOU RETURN and email it to themI ordered two piece suits which equalled barcodesWHY DON'T THEY ALREADY HAVE A RECORD OF MY ORDER AND THE ASSOCIATED BARCODES IN THEIR SYSTEM?
4) You can only communicate regarding the return process via email, and their response times are terribleThey reply with half answers and confusing information, and seem to have no motivation to make things quicker or easierIt took almost weeks and probably about emails after my return was delivered for me to actually receive my credit5) A $"Paypal Processing Fee" was deducted from my creditIt was never messaged anywhere in the process that there would be a fee applied to returns6) I forgot to mention, the quality and fit of the suits was absolutely horribleI returned every single one of themAnyway, go spend the $at Nordstrom or Athleta next time you need a bathing suitThis company is absolutely not worth the pain
