I have contacted the company times about a rerun and they have either not responded or responded with a discount code with no acknowledgement of m return

I wanted to try Cupshe, but, knowing that swimsuits can be tricky, I reviewed their return policy before orderingIt says that returns are accepted within days, and there do not seem to be caveatsSo, I ordered suits, fully intending to return or Unfortunately, none of them fit, though the quality was greatI did not find a return slip or label in the package, so I reach out to their customer service to ask for instructions on making returns by submitting a ticketI did not hear back within hours, so I started searching online for tips when I landed on the Revdex.com websiteI saw that many customers had been asked for a lot of additional information and had to go back and forthTo save time, I sent another email that included pictures of all barcodes, reason for return, item names, and the order numberI also made it clear that I was not interested in the coupon and wanted a FULL refundAn employee named Serena responded about hours later, and it was evident she had not bothered to read my emailShe asked me for all of the info I had already provided and offered me either a coupon or a 50% refundI spent nearly $with them, so that is not going to workI have replied againIf they don’t respond in a helpful manner this time, I will definitely be filing a complaint and let them know as muchI would not recommend ordering from this business unless you know you’ll keep the items

I am writing to complain about a refund I was promised after returning my order To give some background, I placed an order back on March 28th and did not receive the items until early May (I even paid extra for expedited shipping.) Not only was the time frame of delivery unacceptable, but the quality of the items were nothing to be desired The customer service representative was quite helpful processing the return and usually prompt with responses- no complaints As soon as I mentioned that I had not received the refund, the responses stoppedIt is almost mid-June and I have still not received the $I have spent on this order(I never asked for a refund on the return shipping, but I would like to receive that as well.) I have saved all email correspondence and with the customer service team as well as order number, if needed

They took money from my account the same day I bought online but never got an order confirmation, a tracking number or the productsNot even an email and I ordered a month ago
Their customer service email is an automated response saying to check my junk mail but there is nothing there eitherTrying to lookup my order in their websiteIt says they can't find it

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! This is the absolute worst online shopping, return and customer service experience I have EVER encounteredThey sell bathing suits, which obviously are going to have a high rate of return on when people are ordering online without trying on firstHowever, CUPSHE has managed to create the absolute most ridiculous and inconvenient return process possibleProblems with return process:
1) You have to provide your own return packaging as it is impossible to ship back in the platic bags that they arrive in2) You have to pay for your own return shipping and also provide them with a tracking number which incurs an extra fee3) You have to take a picture of EVERY SINGLE BARCODE FROM EVERY PIECE YOU RETURN and email it to themI ordered two piece suits which equalled barcodesWHY DON'T THEY ALREADY HAVE A RECORD OF MY ORDER AND THE ASSOCIATED BARCODES IN THEIR SYSTEM?
4) You can only communicate regarding the return process via email, and their response times are terribleThey reply with half answers and confusing information, and seem to have no motivation to make things quicker or easierIt took almost weeks and probably about emails after my return was delivered for me to actually receive my credit5) A $"Paypal Processing Fee" was deducted from my creditIt was never messaged anywhere in the process that there would be a fee applied to returns6) I forgot to mention, the quality and fit of the suits was absolutely horribleI returned every single one of themAnyway, go spend the $at Nordstrom or Athleta next time you need a bathing suitThis company is absolutely not worth the pain

I purchased a few products from the Cupshe website and decided to return a few that didn't fit upon deliveryI contacted customer service as Cupshe's website says to and was told I could only receive a partial refund despite my products being undamaged, unworn, and not on clearance/saleOn the Cupshe website, it says that returns are easy to have within days (which my order was) and yet it seems they are denying many if not all customers a full refund
