II purchased swimsuits from cupshe online shopping The suits didn’t fitTried to return was told I could only get partial refund or coupon for the amount to purchase more swimsuitsWhen I placed a order for swimsuits to use the coupon I was charged again on my debit cardI tried to cancel they wouldn’t let me on the same day the order was madeI have been emailing cupshe trying to return these swimsuits and get a refund for both orders they only offer more coupons.This is not what there website statesYou can return for full refund
I believe this company is running a scamI have placed two orders with them, one never even shippedI received the other and wished to return itAbsolutely ZERO response to my emails and chats to initiate the return, BUT they had time to mark my complaints on their Facebook page as spam and ban me from the pageThis is not a reputable business in any way shape or form and I would like to see these people go to jail for scamming people out of their money

I am writing to complain about a refund I was promised after returning my order To give some background, I placed an order back on March 28th and did not receive the items until early May (I even paid extra for expedited shipping.) Not only was the time frame of delivery unacceptable, but the quality of the items were nothing to be desired The customer service representative was quite helpful processing the return and usually prompt with responses- no complaints As soon as I mentioned that I had not received the refund, the responses stoppedIt is almost mid-June and I have still not received the $I have spent on this order(I never asked for a refund on the return shipping, but I would like to receive that as well.) I have saved all email correspondence and with the customer service team as well as order number, if needed

On 9/26/I ordered several items from this retailer's online account (specifically women's articles of clothing)I paid the transaction in full (approx $137) via *** PaymentsI received an immediate comfirmation of successful payment from *** Payments but no order number, invoice, or shipping information was provided at that timeWithin hours the money I paid was taken out of my credit card account but still no order/invoice/tracking informationIn further review of my payment receipt from *** Payments, all order/shipping/tracking/invoice information was to come directly from the seller - CupsheI emailed Cupshe on 9/28/requesting an invoice and an estimated shipping arrivalNo responseI waited a couple days and tracked down a customer service email from Cupshe's websiteI forwarded the payment receipt from *** Payments to Cupshe's customer service email on 9/30/and received no response to my request for an invoice and more information about my orderOn

Cupshe should have negative stars for their lack of clarity of their return policy as well as their customer serviceWhen placing an inquiry for a return, which is stated a full refund is offered on their site, you need to email customer service who only emails overnightThere are no customer service telephone numbers to get to speak to a live personI’ve repeatedly asked “Anne” to give me a call to discuss the situation and my requests were denied or ignored for that matterShe sent back an email with about return options involving going to USPS and getting a tracking number, to keeping the suits for a 50% refund to many other options that made no sense to me since the suits didn’t fit and were not true to sizeI’m not jumping through hoops to get my money back, which I’m entitled toI wanted a full refund just as stated on their siteIt’s been since August 9th with no resolution and now “Sunny” has taken over my complaint to which she states my only option is to receive a partial refundI’ve wasted my time on this process and frankly at this point this is theftThey have their suits and refuse to give my money backThey need to be shut down and investigated immediately
This company needs to be shut down immediately; it's a huge scam
I placed my order in early September, and $was taken out of my account immediatelyConveniently, when I now go to log in to my account to search my order history, I'm unable to get back into the website (I've seen where this has happened to other customers by looking at all of the negative customer feedback on the company's *** page)Luckily, I wrote down my order number and details
