I ordered $worth of product from this company I have never received a confirmation email (I did check my spam and trash) I have NOT received my products I checked a review website yesterday and found out that dozens of people have also ordered AND PAIDED for products from Cupshe and have NEVER received them This company is fake!!!

Their products are not what they are advertised at The are only available via email and never get backThe only success I have had was to post something on their *** page
In addition, they ship from all over the world and do not provide tracking information thats correctThey also offer a full refund for store credit and that allows you to replace an order for other sizes but then the item is not longer available Once the item is shipped, you cannot exchange that item if there is a discrepancy or size issue Therefore you are stuck with merchandise that you cannot use
I think this is a scamI am highly frustrated

I ordered a product from this company on September 5th and it is now the 21stThey have not properly responded all the emails I have submitted to their "help desk" and I am demanding them to provide me with direct shipment information or a refundstill have not heard from the company in regards to my inquiriesThis company is quick to take the money but not to provide the products

They only offered partial store credit in the form of a coupon code - it wasn't even for the entire amount of the items purchasedI do not want to exchange anything anymore, because if the new size doesn't fit, I will have to go through this whole process againI would simply like a refund for the itemsI will never buy anything from this company again

I ordered from this company and paid for expedited shipping The package arrived, but the product was not exactly what was ordered I ordered two XXL swim suits, and one was sent in an XS size To return for a replacement I was told I would have to pay for the return shipping for a product I didn't even order I was offered a partial refund to save the hassle of returning the items and agreed However, weeks later I received another bill, from fedex for the customs and taxes of these items At this time I had now paid $US and another $CAD for the shipment of a product I did not order Cupshes response to my numerous emails was that they would refund the $shipping fee if I paid another $shipping fee to return the items to them Were I to concede I would pay over $for the shipment of a product I never ordered

Worst customer service ever! Don't even bother trying to order with Cupshe, Shipping is so slow even if you pay for expedited shipping and if you have any issues with your order you're out of luckIt's more work to get your money back than it's worth

Like many others I followed the sizing on the website but found the coverage in the bust to be woefully lackingThe return process is very bizarreI followed the instructions as stated on the website, sent the email with the barcodes, and have yet to receive a response
