This whole CUPSHE experience has been the worstI bought this suit per the measurement guidelines and it does not fit properly in the least and the materials are very cheapSo I email per the website to start the returnI’m given options that do not offer full refundsSo I sent another email stating that it’s not acceptableThey sent me more optionsSo I ship them back with tracking as instructed and let them know the tracking #Now I’m being told I have to let them know when the package arrives to get my refundThey apparently don’t have any system set up the notifies them when returns arriveThe customer service rep “Cindy” has to be the absolute worstNot once have they done anything to attempt to keep my business or have been empathetic

I had made an order with Cupshe on October 19th, but then I was unsure of some sizing so I canceled the order within a half hour of it being made(through both chat and email) I received no response and days later they told me sorry you can't cancel it's already been shipped, but I showed them copies of my message and threatened to write a review and they said they would refund me half the amount now and refund the rest after I refused the package unopened I refused the package on October 25th and I have received no response from them at all and no refund of the other half

I ordered bathing suits and wanted to return of them Website clearly stated they will except return if you contact within days That's a load of crap, I've been going back and forth for days with no info on how to return They will only allow me a % return or just replace for a new size and I don't have to even send merchandise back This is because everything comes from China and they don't want to deal with the shipping Never again will I purchase anything on the internet unless it's a mainstream U.S store They just figure you'll lose interest and drop the matter Plus they are in China so customers have no recourse You lose!!

I received the item I purchased/ ordered however it does not fitI contacted the business to return the item and the business will not refund meThey are emailing me various deals such as I can keep the item and get 25% off my next orderThey have also offered me a 50% refundI am requesting a full refund which is in accordance to their return policy but they have not complied

I placed an order with this company in September My items were delivered months later, after many emails from me to them requesting a status of my order
When my items I purchased (clothing) were delivered, they were not to my satisfaction and smelled of a very foul odor
I returned the items for a full refund in November
I have yet to be compensated for my return My emails and phone calls have continued and I have not yet received confirmation on my refund

This business does not provide full details of their return policy on their website, most likely because it's a terrible policyThey will not provide a full refund for returned items, only 70% store credit or 35% partial refund on a full returnTheir policy online however, only states the following:

I had ordered shirts from Cupshe on October 19th for the amount of And it is now Nov.1st and still have not heard anything from themThey had taken the money out of my account right away, but they never sent me a confirmation email, nothing I have called the customer service number, tried live chat and I have yet to hear any thing from them They stole from me I order things online all the time and never had this happen to me I am very upset, that I have emailed them, called them, and tried to live chat, and have not heard anything back from anyone!

I ordered clothes from cupshe.com a couple days agoI've never received an email reguarding a confirmation numberI've asked to cancel my order several times alreadyThey never responded with the answerThey have took out my money thoughI've also tried reaching them though phoneIt rings a few times then makes a loud beep and nothing! I would like my money back
