I have not recieved a sweatshirt that I ordered on 10-10-

They charged me $and when I didn't receive a confirmation email right away I emailed them to check on my order to only receive an automated email backAfter emailing them several times in a span of a week and getting no reply I have asked for a refund but of course no reply

I ordered a sweater online from CupsheIt arrived looking nothing like the photo and was really poor quality
I have been trying to get an answer as to returnYou need to email themI keep getting emails that do not answer my questionSince there was no invoice in the bag, I need to know how to return the sweater for a refundThey do not answer my questions, each email I get says they have updated my request and not to forget that it takes longer when it is on a weekend because they don't work weekendsHowever I started this process at the beginning of the work week
Instead of telling me how to return, they are now offering me 70% of my purchase price toward another purchase and then I won't have to send it backThere is no way I would buy anything from them

I ordered a bathing suit from the company and unfortunately didn't fit I attempted to process a return or exchange and was told I could only get 80% of my money back Since I paid I believe a consumer should get 100% of their money back or applied to store credit at 100% Ripping people off like this is completely unfair Also, not to mention that their return/exchange policy is not listed in detail on their website so as a consumer be careful! Also, not to mention their customer service is horrible I am on day and still waiting for a resolution to my order Can only contact company via email and their email response is so slow! If I don't get my order resolved I will be failing an official complaint

This business is a complete scam!! They take your money in minutes but don't give you an order # You can't contact them by phone and when you send an email you get a generic reply asking you to wait longer I've read dozens of reviews all horrible except for a few fake good ones! These people must be making millions, I'm just wondering why they are being allowed to operate? Do they pay taxes? This is no different than selling fake stocks or anything else...This is illegal to scam people and a task force should be set up to do something about it!!
