Ordered items form this companyI wanted to keep one item but the other item did not work out so I have been trying to contact the company regarding a refundI was able to reach them by email the first times but they did not follow through to send me the location to return the item or the addressThey stated "no return necessary." I ordered a bathing suit from the company and unfortunately didn't fit I attempted to process a return or exchange and was told I could only get 80% of my money back Since I paid I believe a consumer should get 100% of their money back or applied to store credit at 100% Ripping people off like this is completely unfair Also, not to mention that their return/exchange policy is not listed in detail on their website so as a consumer be careful! This business is a complete scam!! They take your money in minutes but don't give you an order # You can't contact them by phone and when you send an email you get a generic reply asking you to wait longer I've read dozens of reviews all horrible except for a few fake good ones!
