Ordered a number of bathing suits for our daughter, after reviewing their published online return policy, as they were a new company to us Received package in timely fashion, but the suits did not work out Original packaging did not contain invoice or order number on exterior (multiple language sticker labels) Immediately tried to initiate return (following published, online return and exchange instructions) requesting order number to initiate return Multiple emails later they were able to "find" our order, and requested a detailed return reason listed next to each SKU, which we provided More email requests for return authorization number and refund after providing the additional information, we were offered a merchandise credit for $171, or a $(44%) return to our credit card with predicted slow processing timeEmailed back, embedding their published return/exchange policy in my return authorization request (and listing my compliance with all eight published requirements), again requesting a full refund for merchandiseMade know to company that I will be pursuing options with my credit card company as well if refund authorization is not provided for full refund immediatelyDue to lack of transparency and noncompliance in refunding our money (according to their own stated policy), I am filing this notice as well

It has been days since I have ordered my product of swimsuitsI have tried to contact them but they have not responded to my emailsI also tried to contact through instagram and have not had a reply eitherAll I have gotten is shipping information from 6days ago in which it still says the city ShanghaiI am very disappointed

Dear customer, normally the order confirmation will be sent automatically after the order was placedSometimes there would be a systematic problem so that the confirmation would be blockedWe have forwarded this problem to our

Do not buy from Cupshe!! I bought a bikini and when I received it one of the straps on the top was not even attached to the swim suit while another strap was sewn on backwards so it does not lie properlyI emailed customer support and sent them photosThey responded back telling me I could get a 75% refund to purchase a new suit or replace the old oneI responded that this was unacceptable because I should not have to pay anything for a defective swim suit and they responded back with an 80% discountI will never buy from this company again!

Cupshe has terrible return policies and has essentially stolen money from me by not finding a resolution surrounding a recent returnMy first purchase was made in AprilI returned item from that purchase and after contacting customer service agreed to take a coupon in attempt to replace the item that did not fitI then ordered more suits, fully expecting at least to fit, unfortunately none did and so I returned all and then requested a return on the original since I could not find an acceptable replacementAll of these ordered occurred within months of each other but CupShe refused to honor my original return because it was over days oldI understand that is their typical policy, but my situation should be considered and exception since none of the replacement items fit and/or were faded in color making it clear the suits they sell are of poor quality & style

I ordered several suits from Cupshe and was very pleased with the delivery time and the quality of suits However I ordered a few extra to have a variety to choose from knowing I was going to return a fewSeems impossible to return! I wish these reviews were available when I purchased suits as I am having an impossible time getting a return email with return information There isn't an # to call and so far the few emails I've sent, including all of the "return" information needed per their website have gone unansweredDo we have any recourse here? Has any one had any luck with returns at Cupshe?

This company provides the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of coming across in my many years on this earthDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They lie on their website, they do not respond to emails other than an autobot, they do not have any live agents to talk to, they will not pay for the shipping of any returns you need to make, nor will they provide a label for youWith the vast options you have on ordering swimsuits online, this is by far the worstDo not even bother or you will be sorely disappointed and screwed out of your moneyI wish I had researched online reviews before I ordered my swimsuitsIt would have saved me a lot of trouble and money

I placed an order online on Monday morningI never received an email confirmation of my order, and Monday afternoon I tried to cancel my orderI have emailed twice, and called three times, but have not been able to get in touch with anyoneAdditionally, I don't have an order number since I never received a confirmation emailI am requesting that this order be cancelled and my card be refunded, since I have now been charged the full amount for an order that has not been confirmed nor received

I placed order # *** on 8/8/for bathing suitsI received the order on Wednesday 8/16/One of the bathing suits came to my house defective where the pads inside the cups of the top are damaged and show through the topI emailed Cupshe requesting to EXCHANGE this suit (the other one was fine) for another one and included picturesI received an email back from Jarvis, ticket #***, telling me they will credit me 80% of the return value for the damaged itemThis is totally unacceptable that you shipped me a damaged product and then won't even let me exchange it for an undamaged bathing suitThis is a horrible business practice I have email feeds and pictures to back up my claimThey offered to let me keep the damaged suit but what am I going to do with a damaged bathing suit? That's not a resolution

On September 20, I ordered a sweater from Cupshe They took the payment on 9- I never received a confirmation and have not received the sweater I did contact them and they said it was back-ordered I tried to cancel and get a refund but that required an order number, which I don't have because I never received a confirmation When I call, I get a busy signal I want my money back, and for this company to be investigated Thank you

I ordered my swim suit over three weeks ago I received a shipment notification with tracking number the next day Since then, the tracking information has not moved for over three weeks I tried contacting the company several times via email and chat options...what a joke! The only thing I have received back from them is a generic automated email response that they have received my concernsNow I am out money, a swim suit, and I have no way of getting ahold of someone from the company to get this resolvedOn their website, it says most packages are received within days This is definitely not the case for me!

This business requires customers to email them for a return form in order to return itemsI have emailed them with all required information now three times, and they have not repliedI would like to return two items

There is no easy way to make returns! They are stealing your money by making you keep the productsCupshe, if you are following this, reply to this with your shipping return addressUnfortunately this is my last hope at getting that address so I can get my money back!

I ordered a dress it wasn't available so I asked that they send me a alternate
They have since (not received yet) send me the original dress and NOT the alternate
I have emailed them over times, called both numbers multiple times-left messages and tried to live chat No phone calls were returnedEverytime I get a email, NOONE has a clue what is going on I just get sum messed up email and STILL my dress I WANT is NOT in route to me!!!!

I required a return on a swim suitProduct quality is OK for the price but the sizing did not work for meI requested a refund and was given the option of 40% of the total to be refunded or 120% store creditI expressed that neither option was satisfactory and pointed out that the CS Rep calling me "darling" is unprofessional and disrespectfulI've again requested a full refund, but mentioned I would consider 200% store credit due to the hassle and insultI'm awaiting their answerAVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST
