I purchased a sweatshirt online at CUPSHE; my credit card was charged and I have yet to receive the sweatshirt nor a confirmation I have called the number on the website and it just beeps like it is a fax, I have also attempted to email many times
I order product over two weeks agoI have not received a confirmation of deliveryGiven the delay, I tried contacting the company but the phone leads to a dead end with just a "beep" followed by silence (no intro for a voicemail)Two emails have not been returnedI was a bit concerned at this point and googled reviews of the companyIt looks like a lot of customers have been scammed by this companyThe product payment has already been processes and there I can't get any type of confirmation from the companyI did received an order cofirmation immeditately, but no follsince and no way to contactI tried to write a review on their website, but it looks like they filter them as nothing is acutally being posted
I placed an order weeks ago for a shirt and it said 7-days I tried to contact someone but you need an order number which was never sent to me My credit card was immediately charged yet no one would respond in email or by phone to give me an order number The shirt finally came weeks later with still no order number and an address in China This business is not in China so I should not be paying to send it there I also am unable to make a return with no order number When you purchase an item you should receive an email or receipt and I have gotten neither I looked online and it seems many people have had this issue and it has been in question whether they even have people working their phone system I tried to online chat and was answered immediately and when I explained my problem the worker signed off immediately

I placed an order on October 3, This company charged my card and days later my order remains "unfulfilled" I have attempted to call this company times, no one answers there is only a loud beep I have attempted to use their live chat times, again no answer I emailed days ago requesting to cancel my order with full refund and there is no response
I purchaced four swimming suites from this companyIt says that they are a company out of the United States but the suites came from ChinaThe suites arent even close to fitting or the size that they say they areI emailed the company all of the information they asked for to get a refundAn automated response is all you get backThey wont refund all of your money, they will keep $from each item purchased and wont let you send them backIve emailed them twice and have not gotten a response from a real person stating where my refund is
