Hello! I ordered bathing suits from from cupshe.com - the suits arrived and are too bigI was able to communicate clearly and effectively BEFORE the order was place and now that the suits arrived, no one is available to address my return/refund requestI don't know how else to handle this besides filing this complaint with the Revdex.comThe company specifically says not to send the items back to the address on the packageI am just at a lossI went to their *** profile, messaged them there as wellI noticed a lot of visitor posts of people complaint about the same issueI have included my email to them below
I have sent them numerous emails with my request:
"There are items I would like to return from Order #***Both items are too bigPlease respond as soon as possible so I know how to return these items for a refund

I placed an order on October 3, and my credit card has been charged as of October 3, and I have not received my order and both phone numbers don't work! I tried to send an email and my virus blocker popped up on my computer
I ordered items from the company and was not satisfied with any of themVery poor quality and poor sizingI contacted the company via email to return the items, and they would not provide me with a phone number to speak with someone, or a return address to send the items to, or even a return formThey kept offering me merchandise credit for a portion of what I spent, but I declinedThere have been over emails between the company and myself I finally got the return form and the address, sent the items back, and they still did not refund any of my moneyI contacted them several more times, and then they told me that several of the items were now on clearance-since they kept not refunding my money in a timely manner the items probably did go on clearance After several more emails, they once again told me they would not refund any of my money, even though they had told me they would refund a portion of it in a prior email At this point I'm out $or so, and they will not
I placed an order on 10/15/in the amount of $ On their website, I should have received an email confirmation within days (at the latest) with my order number I received no confirmation and I have checked all my junk/spam folders They charged my credit card immediately The phone number or live chat displayed on their website does not work so I cannot cancel my order The hours of operation listed on the website are also false I would like to cancel my order and be issued a full refund, however I cannot get a hold of anyone
