I placed an order with cupshe.com and they took $out of my account but never sent a confirmation email and it's been a month and I still haven't recieved my order and I have tried the only phone number they have with no answer and no emails back!!

I placed an online order on 9/The product arrived within three weeksI am dissatisfied with the quality of the product and would like to return itWhen I attempted to return the product the website gave me an error messageI have sent five emails on separate occasions and have received only automated responsesi have tried calling the number listed on the website, but after ringing twice I hear a beep and nothing elseI would like to return the items and receive a full refund but cannot contact the company to do so

I placed an order with this company on 9-10- I received confirmation of this order by email the same day After weeks I still had not received my order I contact the company by email regarding the status of my order I got a canned email response I tried calling the company to discuss my order and the phone just rang and rang Having not received my items and using their website I put in for a full return on 10-29- The website said my return request was received After that refund request I received numerous canned responses by email from the company about what to do if I hadn't received my order (responses I believe) and I responded to each of these emails by saying that I had not received my order and that I had already requested a full refund (the last being sent on 11-8-16) On 11-2-(10:AM Alaska time) I tried calling the company again and the phone just rang and rang with no answer I have never received any response from this company except for "canne
