I have emailed cupshe several time since receiving the package letting them know I was missing one itemThe private party sweater was not in the shipmentSend that tô me ASAP and I can wait for the last item grin and flare

I ordered three bathing suits February 11th, They arrived in a package that was not completely sealedAll three bathing suits were dripping wetOne of the brightly colored suits bled color onto another suitThey all have a musty damp smell to them and one of them is ruined by the colorTwo of the suits do not have proper tags on themThe company is refusing to refund my moneyI have emailed multiple times over the past several weeks and did not get a response at first and am now getting generic and duplicate responsesFor example, I sent pictures of the packaging and damaged items on March 17thI was told I would have to pay the shipping to return the itemsI stated that was not acceptableI received the exact same email again today requesting pictures of the damaged itemsThey are offering a store credit, which is not acceptable as I do not trust this business to be able to fulfill and ship an order correctlyI want my money backThis company has terrible customer
I placed an order on 2/14/At the end of the transaction it stated that I would receive a confirmation email with tracking detailsThe email never came and neither did my orderPayment was processedThe website does not offer a customer service phone number, only a live chat link that does not work and an email optionFirst email was responded to with an automated email providing no answers to the status of my orderSubsequent emails were not returned

I saw the webpage Cupshe.com and thought the products and pricing were great, so I completed an order that totaled $ Cupshe DID take the money, but I never so much as received a confirmation email or order # A couple days later I received an email stating that they were backordered on the items but gave no indication of when they might be shipping to meFor some reason they haven't explained, they refunded $back to my card, which leaves an outstanding balance of $ I have sent several emails to them and have received no information I also sent an email to the Attorney General's office in New Jersey, because technically that is theft, but I haven't received a reply from them I'm sure they have bigger fish to fry

Will never shop with Cupshe again! I purchased bikinis, and I wrote in to start the process for a returnTook forever to get a response, and once they did they had the audacity to ask for the information I provided in my 1st email to process my return
We have tried to contact several times this company about a shipment of goods we ordered from her siteWhen replying all she does is going around the blockWhen I disputed with *** and escalated the claim she ships us partial shipment of goods that was not ordered

I placed an order with online retailer Company replied with delay in shipping I requested refund Company replied with request to to wait I again requested immediate refund Several days later I received email stating order was shipped with UPS tracking number When clicking the UPS tracking link, there is no order found All emails appear to automated, with poor grammar, parts making no sense
The company I order swimsuits from is horribleThe swimsuits didn't fit, and they seemed to have a process in place to return the swimsuits, but its a scamThey offer 70% off the next order and tell you to keep the swimsuitI don't want to product I just want a refundThey claim on their website returns are easy and in fact they are not I tried to find more information on their return site, only to find additional complaintsSee website belowI want my money back, and everyone else that orders from them deserves a clear way to return the product, or at least know what they are up against if they order from this company

This was the worst shopping experience I ever had I ordered several suits and two arrived damagedI reached out to their customer service and they asked for pics and offered me a partial credit for the remaining items that I wanted to returnI agreed but then they never respondedI reached out several times to follow up after sending pics of the damaged items, no responseNow I am stuck with poor quality swimsuits and that can never be worn by anyoneTerrible customer service! I will be letting everyone I know not to order from themI also will be writing as many poor reviews as I can so others don't make the same mistake I did by buying from this company
